- the carpets smelled bad all over the room and hallways
- Airconditioning not functioning. Did not turn on. The power switch broken. I slept with no air conditioning. Fire alarm covered with towel paper. Tea/coffee packet open/used. Bed cover/lining not washed(smelly), worse coffee
- Room was dirty, very poor breakfast, there was a patch in the tub and hairs on the floor. The carpet was filthy could not walk on it barefoot or your feet would get dirty. The bottom of the fridge was rusty. Very, Very Outdated.
