There is no lobby access. I was told, "it got closed during vivid and never reopened". More than 75% of TV channels are " Video only". I'm only here because of disability and finances. If I was in better physical and financial shape, I would have left.
The beds are really uncomfortable. The entire hotel stinks. Bugs crawling around. Terrible experience.

Desk Clerk did what he could to make my stay better.

I didn't get the no smoking room I booked. Wi-Fi didn't work, no cable tv only loc channels , kids in upper room was extremely loud playing basketball in the room,,,running all over the property yelling by my door .
