They let us check in 1 hr early with no extra charge of 25$

no breakfast, hot tub broken,no restaurant on site, towels were paper thin, no beverages or water aval

Comfort and clean.

Smell of marijuana when first walking in the first set of doors. Had to ask for towels (We did not use the pool).

Everything was excellent! Staff was friendly and helpful, room was good size and very clean, tv was huge, pool was relaxing, breakfast was delicious. Best value for price!

I liked the location and the convenience of the shuttle to and from the airport. The front desk guy was very kind and accommodating.

The inside looked drab, smelled smokey, the furniture was stained and old, it didn’t give new and bright. The environment didn’t give hotel vibe, it gave more of a motel vibe. It didn’t give “welcoming.”

It was close to the airport.

Room was not very clean, especially the restroom. Shower was visibly dirty, there was mold around the shower and toilet. Floors and walls in the room were dirty.

Location

No hair dryers in the room. The room smelled terrible. And the breakfast was absolutely pathetic!

Bed was good. Security vehicle monitors the parking area.

Should not be listed as 3.5 stars. It is about 2 or 2.5 stars only. Room smelled horrible. Breakfast options are very few. No place to keep things in the bathroom. Hair dryer not provided. Coffee quality is not good.

The comments are correct that this is a rundown motel disguised as a hotel. Operated like a motel. Felt like a haunted house the night I stayed. Door didn't even close all the way. Very run down. And they had the nerve to charge a $100 deposit hold lol.

Close to the IAH airport. 24hr free shuttle from/to the airport.

Left too early (5am) to enjoy the breakfast. Wish there were grab-and-go options.

There were no rodents or pests inside the hotel.

The owners & the way they spoke to us as if this were a 4 star hotel. We had to clean our own room and take our own trash out. When emptying the trash out with no shirt on, the owner said something as if we were trying to dine with no shirt on, please.

We couldn’t stay at this hotel due to the dirtiness of this place and very dirty rooms and no accommodations what so ever we didn’t stay in the hotel and refused to refund our money very terrible.

Everything the bathroom tub have rust on it the beds was extremely dirty it was very unhealthy situation we couldn’t stay on that hotel.

The sheets were clean

The toilet didn?t flush, curtain was hanging down on one side, debris in usb port on lamp, holes on the side of mirror, door was not flush ( see light/ outside hallway) and the stool had stains.

Room was modern looking.

Bathroom was filthy, hadn't been cleaned. There were dark hairs in the shower, the paint was peeling quite badly, burnt out lightbulbs, dirty walls. I specifically booked this hotel for airport proximity & free shuttle. Airport shuttle never did show up.

Location would of been ideal.

They charge a 100 dollar Deposit and it is old and not very clean. The vending machine was broke and open looking nasty and abandoned

terrible breakfast selection advertised indoor pool; only outdoor. smelt like mold bad quality renovations.

The entire room smelled like mold. TV did not work.. We dialed receptionist to report and no one helped us with the issue. We ended up leaving next morning as we couldnt stand the smell of mold. In addition the entire place smelled like smoke.
