La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DFW Airport West-Glade

Love the cleanliness and the well organized breakfast, this hotel is nice in every way.

Management needs to do a better job maintaining the pool area

I had issue with air conditioner and next morning with toilet. Told the staff and it was fixed while I was out. Staff amazing, friendly and caring. The night manager amazing. I stay here several times a week month. It’s my go to place to stay.

That I was charged an extra $5 to my card for no reason I can think of.

Wasn?t clean, the staff was not friendly and they constantly ran out of breakfast

Room was smaller than last La Quinta in Marble Falls, and breakfast options were smaller, too. A note was placed late that breakfast ended at 9 instead of 10, stuck over the 10.

The beds were so terrible. Each one had huge dips in the center so it was not a restful night

The beds need to be replaced

Friendly staff, Very clean. Also for a reasonable price.

Airport shuttle did not start until 7am and our flight was at 5am.

Location, good breakfast, nice comfortable bed.

Side-door card reader did not work for me & other guests to enter, we all tried our room keys.

Overall stay, location, and price was excellent. Will stay here next visit in a couple of weeks.

Slightly inconvenient to get to with the 1 way but not a deal breaker at all.

Staff was not friendly at all! Also charged me a different amount that was quoted to me at the time of booking! And yes taxes and fees were said to be included at booking!!

It was clean and quiet. The location was great. Tem minutes to remote south parking for my flight.

Location not too far from DFW.

A bit of highway noise. But not too bad considering it is the metroplex.

The room size and the comfortable bed and pillows.

The staff was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly to stressed travelers needing a room on short notice. The pantry was so helpful for weary travelers.

breakfast was pretty good

we were changed 4 different rooms in one night because the A/C wasnt working in the units and some had a horrific smell. The young lady that helped me out my first night was very kind but everyone else on staff was rude and unaccommodating.

Location was fine

First room deadbolt didn¿t lock. Called FD and was told to come back down to get keys to another room. The room was a few doors down from the other one so he could have just brought me the keys instead of me having to come. Second night keys didn¿t work.

The Bed was terrible, the material is worn out and the mattress is low on the left side when facing the bed. woke up with head aches. The NYer in me though i should tough and out because I am no longer in my comfort zone (another state)
