Aloft by Marriott Dallas Euless

Took 90 minutes to find out room after check-in. Understaffed and poorly trained desk staff. No room location map and the parking lot they are using belonged to the business next door. Stairwell of garage reeked of urine.

The hotel it self was a nice hotel staff nice as well

Someone broke into our vehicle in the parking garage we thought we were in a nice area .. in which it was but they broke the handle in the door .. and dented our truck .. hotel had no accountability... worst experience ever

This is a nice hotel

The staff hate their job. I stood at the desk a solid 3 plus minutes while staff chatted on the phone about personal stuff, then another 4-5 minutes before my id was taken to check in. Came down later to the same cold behavior. Why? Bad form Aloft

Due to an issue with my physical card, I was unable to check in. I paid for the room over the phone and was informed that I only needed to present an identification card at check in. The clerk at the front desk informed that I would not be charged.

Location next to shops & restaurants. The inside modern vibe was really super nice, loved the table to sit in my room I grabbed food to go near by & sat & enjoyed. Loved the awesome Christmas lights in the area. Great spot for single person to stay.

Wish it would have had a microwave to reheat coffee or heat up my instant oat mill. The bed/mattress was bad, most uncomfortable bed ever! Had to sleep on the terrible bed at an angle, hard/ like a brick, sank in the middle like a taco.

My card for incidentals was charged for a one night stay even though the room was prepaid and after several calls to the hotel the matter still hasn't been resolved.

Very clean and modern hotel with nice amenities. Many dining and shopping options within walking distance.

I would have liked a microwave in the room.

The ease of check in and check out, parking, the staff was friendly and the ability to get a room so quickly.

Housekeeping came at 8a when check out wasn't until 11a?....

Rooms make great use of the small space. Beds were great for someone who loves a firm mattress (me). Everything was super clean.

1) our room was right by the elevator and our heads vibrated in bed on and off throughout the night. That was not very pleasant. 2) we only stayed one night, so I will never understand why would they think we need housekeeping to KNOCK AT 8AM. Woke us.

The location of this hotel was everything for me!! Literally everything was right there and that made it very convenient for me

It was extremely noisy, I had people banging things..talking very loud..running.. etc. I had very bad sleep. Also the phone in my room did not work. I heard a alarm going off in the middle of the day while I was trying to nap and that¿s when I realized it

Everyone was nice.

I absolutely love this as our first time staying. The cleanliness and smell were fantastic! My room was perfect I loved the layout and bathroom. We are definitely planning to come back and stay again. We asked for extra towels and extra blankets and they provided them immediately.

The staff could be just more attentive.

Very fancy and clean and employees were so nice and helpful even the lady that was about to clean my room she was so sweet!!!! I feel bad I didn’t get names of them all. I loved it all and I love how there are many things to do around! Oh and the pillows and blankets and shower head were so relaxing!!!!!!!! ☺️

Just no light in garage and no free breakfast and I wanted to get in the pool but was closed for maintenance first time I booked at this hotel and it was closed ?

Close to airport and restaurants

After a late arrival was looking forward to a good night sleep before long flight. This was not possible as I could hear every footstep and toilet flush from the person above me and at 7am gardeners working outside my window were using leaf blowers from 7am, awful nights sleep.

Great location, great staff, dog friendly. A well maintained property. Very comfortable bed and room. Best beds and pillows. Shower has great water pressure. Clean room and property. Location is great- shops and restaurants you can walk to right outside the hotel. Hotel is located in a mix development shopping area. I have stayed at aloft properties in different locations for the reasons mentioned above. It’s my go to hotel when traveling, especially with a dog.
