Motel 6 Euless, TX - DFW West

I did not like that I reserved a king room and got a double, and when I asked the desk about that she just kept saying its no difference in price, I told her I reserved a king thats the difference, I wanted a king not 2 doubles.

Availability

Noisy refrigerator, had to unplug . Control for a/c were gone, totally not functional

Bugs and rouges and I park my semi truck in there parking and some one stole out all my diesel

We requested a room with a king bed but said they did not have a room available. The room had no pillows, no tv, phone was broken and room smelled.

No microwave no coffee no towels past 8 pm.

a cockroach crawled across my face while i was sleeping in the bed. the staff only wanted to change me rooms

Their Dirtiness..houseflies everywhere in the room Unhelpful employees to salvage the situation.

The area was good with the stores around. The hotel is close to the highway

This hotel was a very nasty, I had to get another room because the first room had roaches, no phone, Tv didn¿t work, trash on the outside of the room. The nice young man at the desk gave another room. The other room was identical! My money was refund.

Our 1st room was dirty and had cockroaches. Our 2nd room had roaches too.

Location

the microwave was dirty and had no plate so I could not use. The toilet had no flush button so had to stick finger through hole in tank lid or remove tank lid to flush. Woke up to roaches running rampant in bathroom.Hair and used soap in bathtub

Easy access off the highway.

Roaches in the room. I¿ve come here before and had this problem but we thought we would try it again. I checked out within 10 minutes of arrival. Staff wasn¿t surprised about the problem and said I hadn¿t been charged, I was.

Absolutely nothing

Rude staff, would not do anything to help fix a mistake on their part. Treated me like I was stupid.

Room was clean and well kept, staff was friendly and courteous, parking was ample and the location was good.

I would have wished the toilet paper was of better quality, otherwise no complaints.

Fast check in, bed was comfortable, room was roomy

The rooms were plain, felt depressing, suggest art on the walls, a chair, some color.

They did not make my bed the second night, instead they took all the sheets and didn’t replace them, then after 30 min, they only gave me the sheets but didn’t bother making the beds

We couldn't find the hotel. and it was getting dark and we were in some dark streets that were completely away from any buildings at all and it was getting scary. We saw a Days Inn and went there. Could not get a refund from Motel 6.
