Homewood Suites by Hilton DFW Airport South

This hotel is new and clean. The staff goes above and beyond to help. The breakfast was great and always available. Above all, the hotel is very clean and well managed.

I found this hotel to be amazing! From the kitchen to the fitness center, this hotel has it all. I was there on business and had zero issues. The staff was helpful, the location is convenient and the amenities were great.

Found the air conditioner a little difficult to work but the weather was so nice during my visit I didn¿t think much of it.

We stayed at this hotel recently and while the property itself is very nice, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by how a serious issue was handled. The hotel and our room were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good, which we appreciated.However, the bathroom door in our room locked from the inside and we couldn’t open it. When we went to the front desk for help, we were told there were no other rooms available and that maintenance had already left. When my husband asked what we were supposed to do and whether we should even leave, the response was essentially, “well, it’s up to you.” without offering any solution. We had two little kids with us and it was 9pm, so trying to find another place was extremely inconvenient. There was no urgency or real effort to assist. My husband eventually managed to open the door himself, but we should never have been left to deal with it alone.Overall, while the hotel itself is clean and nice with good amenities, the way the front desk handled this situation was very unprofessional and unacceptable, and it significantly impacted our stay.

The room was very big and clean you had everything you needed in very nice place differently going to stay there again

First unable to get a 1st room as requested, the bathroom sink faucet leaked while in use (contacted front desk), ice machine not working on the 3rd floor- but overall a good experience! Staff was amazing!!

I forgot my personal pillow so they saved it at the front desk for me to pick up on my return from vacation.

The staff was friendly and let us know about all the amenities they offer. Walking in, the hotel smelled very clean and looked clean. The room was very big, and breakfast was awesome.

The beds, unfortunately, were not comfortable. I could feel the springs in the mattress and woke up with a sore body.

I arrived unexpectedly due to a flight delay and had to overnight. The location was picked somewhat randomly and Far exceeded my expectations. The staff was kind and understanding. The beds comfortable and the breakfast offerings Fantastic. Considering I had No intentions of staying in Dallas I was Highly recommend this hotel!

The total for three days was supposed to be $623. They charge me another $623 on top of another $207. The staff is incompetent. Don’t know what they’re doing every time I call there’s never a manager there.

New facility, very modern, clean and spacious.

Pool was closed. That was disappointing considering that it was summer and my family and I were looking forward to cooling off at the pool

Complimentary breakfast had good variety of choices (hot included mini omelettes, hash browns, waffles), comfortable room, strong AC, good wifi. Shuttle was reliable for departing to DFW; runs hourly and you sign up at the front desk to ensure a spot.

Shuttle doesn't run late evening. Called from the airport to inquire. Desk staff told us a van for a nearby but competitor property would grab us as a favor. They didn't. 40 minutes later we took a $15 rideshare, which we would have just done in the first place if they hadn't told us a van would come!Shower has those large bottles of toiletries attached to the wall. One of them was empty or had a broken pump - and discovered too late to contact housekeeping to do anything about it.

Clean and comfortable breakfast was tasty, pool looked nice.

There is nothing around as per entertainment and restaurants

The whole place was nice clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all had a smile.

The vent fan in the bathroom was not working.

The staff was AMAZING! They were all so nice and professional and whenever I needed anything they went above and beyond to make my stay as easy and seamless as possible, when we checked in the key card machine was not working but they all handled it with grace.

The elevators and hallways were very humid.

Hello Booking, I am trying for 3 months to get the right invoice and money back for my stay. Nobody is solving my problem and even if I tryed to write to the hotel, no ansfer. Booking, no ansfer. Thei charged me more than I schould pay and I still dont have my money back nor the right invoice. I dont know what else to do, than write bad review.
