Very quiet and clean . Walking distance to restaurant

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was not ready at check in and several people were left waiting nearly 2 hours in the lobby. Also, the thermostat in the suite did not work and the bedroom was hot. The corridors and lobby smelled strongly of marijuana smoke.

This hotel advertises shuttle service to the DFW airport. But what they don¿t tell you is the time that van operates is very limited. So I had to get an Uber at 0630 and the hotel would not pay for that Uber.

First the gentleman At the check-in is not a very outgoing friendly person. Thought maybe that was just his personality. But when I had issues not being able to get in my room and having to come down three times and him not being professional or friendly

It was quiet and the staff were friendly. Close and convenient to nearby stores and restaurants.

Close to the Airport. They have pickup/ drop off service. It is so convenient.

Close to where my interview was and closer to several restaurants. Also free shuttle service. The staff at the front desk and shelter drivers were so helpful and kind and really helped me out with my job interview with American. They deserve kudos!

A very nice room and room set up. The bed was comfortable. Restaurants were conveniently close and a good variety.

Not good lighting in the bathroom. You had items to remove makeup (appreciated) but not the lighting to put on.

I had a terrible stay as when I went to my room there were large crickets in the bedroom and in the kitchen. It was nerve wrecking and very uncomfortable. I tried to get the front desk to help me but all they could do is tell me the exterminator would be there in the morning to spray. I tried sleeping but was up and down through the night.

They came to spray the next morning. I went out to my conference and came back that afternoon. Then went back for the evening service. I came back to my room that night only to find large crickets in there. Near the bathroom, bedroom and living room on the curtain. Called front desk and was told i could move to another room on the 2nd floor and they would call me back. Waited for about an hour and no call back. Called the front desk again and now there is a new person there as the other guy got off at 11pm and the new guy would not allow me to move to another room and told me I could look for another hotel to stay at. Late that night I had no choice as large crickets were crawling around the room. It was after midnight close to 1am when I found another room. I was very emotional and heartbroken being so far away from home.

Every Thing! The front desk staff are always friendly and informative. They have always accommodated me if I had any questions or concerns.

Only thing I didn’t like was that the pull out couch bed had dried up old food stuck on the mattress covering which was old,tore and holy.

Not located near any of the things you want to see in the area.

Everyone was nice, and the room was clean. Transportation to and from the airport made everything ALOT easier. And the drivers were very helpful with the luggage. Of course having coffee available is always a BIG plus, too.

I wished I had known I needed to request a room opposite the street, as it was very noisy. Also, a few more choices for the snacks & food would be helpful. We arrived late with no dinner, as everything was closed, so snacks weren't really substantial enough for a meal.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are large with a kitchenette in them which is great if you are there for more than a few days. We didn't use anything other than the large fridge. The recliner is a nice touch as well. Fantastic location with loads of food choices and convivence stores just outside.

The shower/tub combo is a bit outdated, a nice shower would have been perfect. The bed was a queen size, not sure I was given an option when booking the room, but would have certainly preferred a king sized bed.
