A resort fee at a hotel with no dresser, closet or ice bucket? Even though the fee was minimal it was just an undisclosed money grab.

Staff not stopping children from running all over lobby area throwing a ball.

The location is perfect.

Front of the guest wasn't friendly, she was keeping asking about the parking fee, when i told her that i got for free through the app, one of the lights wasn't working, they didn't clean the room.

Good a/c, good location

Mattresses, pillows and bedding are terrible! News to be replaced. Rooms are very small.

The staff was very helpful. The first room that we were given had a water leak from the celling look like it had just start because of about a 3 foot circle of water in the floor. When and told the lady and she quickly gave us a new room.

No complains everything was good.

Location was perfect! Hotel was very clean, lobby was roomy breakfast was amazing choices for all eaters. 100% would book again

My experience was Hilton created Tru as a expensive Motel 6. No coffee maker or microwave in room.Breakfast was very basic continental. There was two stainless cookers but nothing in them. Staff come across as doing their job.

I worked in the Hospitality business for 15 years at the Regional level and could have gotten the same or better service at a Motel 6

Located near enough shopping.

I never could find the charge for pets on their website. We were charged $125 when we got there (a little steep). It took a while to check in due to a rather slow moving desk clerk. Some staff was very friendly, others were a little rude.

Location, clean, modern, recycling

It was extremely clean, quiet, and well laid out. The fact that the shower and the toilet areas were separate was a nice surprise and served us well. The breakfast service was pleasant as well

Ridiculous price charged for my pet, 125$ will NOT stay at this hotel again

Breakfast not so great but due to covid. And tiny trashcan in room barely fit anything and didnt get taken out at all during our 2 night stay. I guess they don't do daily checks while we are checked in.
