No bed bugs, Free Breakfast. Kitchenettes had microwave, Full size fridge was great to have, silverware, dishes, glasses, everything you need including a real Iron. Room Thermostat is adjustable. room cleaning is requested , not automatic I like that.

Parking lot fees !, Adding $45.00 deposit to my card , why ? , WIFI never worked in the Rooms, The printer for customers was difficult to use,very old.
No shampoo no soap did not take the trash
Issues with payment. The hotel explained that the virtual priceline card was not activated and i had to pay again to get the room. The hotel staff was very unhelpful or willing to look into the matter. Not having that money really put a damper on things.

Location. Room was well appointed for an extended stay w/a large family. Amenities were a plus-gym, laundry, breakfast buffet in the am. Stylish lobby, well appointed for business. Pool table in the lobby, putting green, outdoor grill area.

Customer service at the front desk was lacking. Requests seemed to be a burden including requesting extra pillows, towels, housekeeping not what I expect from the Hilton brand. Pool was closed our entire stay w/no explanation or resolution. Disappointing!

Location was excellent. Close to freeway, shopping, food. Room was well appointed & great for a larger family. Good amenities as far as gym, laundry, breakfast was good & well stocked daily.

Front desk staff struggled w/their customer service skills,. We were VERY disappointed that the pool was Â¿brokenÂ¿ & closed our entire stay w/ no explanation or resolution. A pool at a hotel is very important to me especially in HOT Tx heat!!

It looked fairly new

They didn’t have my room available when I arrived and claimed that they were overbooked. When I ask why I was told that other customers had requested to stay longer and caused my booking to cancel. My family and I had to drive all around the area looking for a room and that’s totally unacceptable
