- I always love the fact that Holiday inn Express provides really good breakfast. Their amenities are very clean and the customer service is outstanding

- Before you arrive, they debit your card $145 and then when you arrive, they charge you for your room and deposit.?
- I do not like as of recently that their POS systems that's the point of sale systems have been down and every time you go to run your card it would decline it even if you have money. I've also noticed other customers running into the same issues.
- Incompetence of the management. 1) made us fill forms in duplicate. 2)Much worse, the room safe malfunctioned with our stuff locked in. Senior management nonchalant. Took a call from our lawyer to get maintenance in!
