The room and bathroom excellent. Love that the bathroom has lotion body wash and all you need to shower.

The lady that was working the front desk when we were there, was very friendly and you could tell she loved working there and truly cared about her guests. Her name was Kia(not sure of spelling).

The kitchen staff should possibly reconsider relocating the automatic pancake machine to the end of the counter where the breakfast is set up instead of the middle. It creates a log jam for the other guests who don't want pancakes.

Only had one towel available, called front desk and the lady said they don¿t have any clean towels. Never brought us any towels also no hair dryer, notified front desk lady said house keeping would bring one never did. Restroom was not clean.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Good breakfqst.

Small room. A shared microwave, not one in room, never did find it.

The location and most of the staff was amazing.

The room could have been a little more maintained. There were signs of incomplete repair around the air conditioning unit and the desk chair was stained.

The hotel is fairly new and it has a prim location to everything g. Staff was very courteous.

How I was greeted when I checked in was phenomenal.

In restroom there's a sign on mirror that speaks of stayover cleaning or towel requests upon inquiry. I asked at desk upon leaving for day and receptionist advised that I had to make request by 8:00 am. I was offered towels instead. That didn't happen.

Staff was friendly, it was new. Lobby was still under construction.

No dresser to unpack. No shelf or ledge in shower to set soaps on. Black splatter on ceiling and on a wall, black spots on A/C unit where air blows out. New hotel, so it was weird for it to be so dirty.

Clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very helpful and kind

The decoration as well as the elevator and other facilities are very clean

Location is a bit hidden, I wish there would be a sign next to the free way during the dark.

Noise level at night. I complained and was told ¿ it¿s a wedding party staying at the hotel.¿ Didnt address my issue.

They didn’t change mattress cover and had stain on one bed.And the tap by sink was dirty.

No closet. Water stains and residue.

Bath tub with lowest end Of hot water. Scalding hot water out of the sink.. The floor had something on it asked them to clean it up and they did. They sent someone to check out Water temperature which didn’t improve. Hotel is not recommended.

Close too house, it was new, and price

We stayed at a Tru by Hilton on Aug. 26-29 in Mobile, AL. when we evacuated from hurricane Laura, now its Delta. We really liked it so we decided to stay again. The location, price and staff was great at both locations.
