Gulfway Motel By OYO Near Airport I 37

I did not stay at this hotel/motel! I was grossed out the moment I walked into the room... I asked for my money back at the front desk

Room had a funky smell of either drugs, it stunk the whole room, it had no tv remote, no light, was super dark & another couple tried to get into the saying that it was their room. Ugly room for a honeymoon. Waiting 4 them call me 4 refund

Nothing. Well... No bugs

Everything. Filthy. Sheets were dirty, towels were dirty. Floor was dirty. Blood maybe, makeup on the walls. Dirt smeared. Never been so scared in my life. No curtain in bathroom. No phone in room.

Location was good and notice no pest issue

It was okay but definitely outdated with holes in wall and stained sheets and pillows. Needs updating and renovation to bring this motel to better rating.

The location was good. The price was reasonable.

Parts of the room were definitely not clean. There was only a very small amount of toilet paper in the bathroom with no additional roll of toilet paper. The Wifi was very poor. The water pressure was poor in the room.

Nothing at all ?

Everything including the highly rude staff

Nothing housekeeping for renters must provide your own amenities

I don’t like

Ch

The pictures on the website are very misleading

The rooms were not up to my stat there was mold in the shower in room 18 an the ac didn't work right an in room 16 mold in shower and refrigerator

Smelly, dirty, they do not honored your booking through booking, they are lying…

Bookings

Room was dirty, blankets, floor, restroom, dead roaches. Tried charging me extra saying it was for taxes after the price said taxes included, then saying it was for early check in, so we waited until 3pm but still had an extra 7$ charge on my card. Horrible dirty experience.

The free ice

The beer bottles on the floor. The broken kitchenette. The black mold on the wall. No hot water. 1 set of towels for 3 people to use. Won't be going back or recommending and it was a complete waste of money. The pictures and descriptions they give about their hotel are lies and I wish we would've known beforehand.

Nothing its the worst nasty place not painted walls bugs and roaches bath tub has paint chips coming off couldn't even shower I didn't stay 5 minutes I would never recommend anyone ever come here

Dirty mold holes in the wall trim missing off the door got sick from it being dirty with mold not happy and won’t stay again

The hotel canceled my booking I had nowhere tostay slept in my car because booking.com over booked and I was not able to stay at thisHotel I need some sort of compensation for my troubles

They did not let me check in

Was close to my work location

The pictures are nothing like the rooms! Dirty bed, holes in the wall, mildew smell and duct tape on door. When asking for refund spent less than 20 minutes there taking pics and trying to find other room the owner stopped talking to me on the intercom

I made a reservation in advance and upon arrival the man at the window told me it was booked and canceled my reservation.

The staff is nice. Location was convenient. Air conditioning worked and was not obnoxiously loud.

Everything. I was wondering is it even safe to let people stay in this place. Facilities are so rundown, not a single mirror in the room. Dirty towels with dark stains and covered by hair of previous guests, card system didn’t work during check in, they opened the door but refused to give me the key until they fixed the system and I payed for my stay. Key didn’t work next day, so their solution was to be escorted by staff so they could open the door. I’ll never stay in this place again, doesn’t matter how cheap they make it. It is just plain bad.

no one would stay in that room for free!

The room was disgusting and unlivable immediately returned to the office and asked manager for a refund he guaranteed would happend… a week later still nothing.

They over booked and booked out my room and just told me there was no rooms and they couldn’t do nothing about it!
