Holiday Inn Express & Suites Corpus Christi-N Padre Island By IHG

Room was large and clean. Good breakfast.

So many surprise additional fees, deposits, charges- fee for parking, random 50$ deposit that may be refunded10 business days, sign that there is a $250 fee to hold open the elevator. Sign to only take one item from mini fridge that had yogurt, milk etc

Tv, phone, internet did not work in our room. We had to switch rooms because we did not get the room we requested. The new room nothing worked in it. The staff was not helpful at all.

Location to the beach

The smell of the room was awful. Musty, moldy, smell

The fact that they kept breakfast refilled and stocked was wonderful. Hotel employee with the hotel staff offered the best, most kindest customer service.

The fridge was leaking but the staff fixed it immediately.

Breakfast had bacon

Shower was missing a shower curtain, so ended up using all the towels in room to soak up water on the floor

Clean. Great breakfast, lots of hot choices and very hard working lady keeping it clean and filled. . Nice location right across the street from beach access. Very easy to get to the beach. All staff were super friendly.

If you want to be close to the gulf front, the location was ideal. It is across the street from the beach and about a block from the vehicle beachfront access.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and are not motivated to fix broken items in I renovated rooms. I had to explain that a broken exterior door handle that didn’t lock was a safety concern. Only then did they replace it.

Decent breakfast. Nice staff.

Only one elevator. Very busy hotel.

Location and Staff

Pay to park!!!, The website said free parking but when we arrived we were told its 10 dollars a day to park.

Location

Told at arrival that parking was no longer free and cost to park on premises would be $10/day - adding $30 to total room cost NOT DISCLOSED at time of reservation and prior to policy change. ¿¿

Location was perfect & staff was very helpful & friendly. Also was pretty good.

I didn't know about paid parking beforehand.

I called to let know we would be there late and they made sure all my paperwork was ready when I got there

Amazing location for the price ! Our room had a view of the ocean ! Room was clean and updated ! Breakfast was fantastic, many healthy choices available! Staff was very friendly !

Hot tub didn't work :( construction crew on site but didn't bother us too much

The breakfast selection is fantastic. The location is super close to the beach.

The shade in the window is quite worn. It was very hard to keep it pulled down for night sleeping.

Great experience. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were good. Rooms were clean. Best of all, the pillows and blankets were awesome!

The pool was a bit unclean. Looks like someone threw up in the pool. My husband fished it out with the net but it soured our time in the pool and we didn¿t go back in afterwards.

The location we booked a room, expecting to be able to take a shower and enjoy our vacation, but the toilet would not flush we notified office staff with no response so I notify them again no response so I asked for a refund so I can get a different room.

We had to book a room at a different hotel so we could use the restroom and take a shower that morning so we can continue on our day the staff was so rude and did not care that we were having trouble with our room

Midnight staff was excellent receiving us and had no problems with them. It was the morning female hotel manager who chased us out of the hotel. Horrible manager and customer service displayed by her. She was rude and displayed hatred toward Hispanics

Dayshift manager made our stay poor

Proximity to the beach is great and my kids love the breakfast. :)

The elevators are a little tricky to get in and out of with carts and the pool was down for maintenance.

Nothing,

Everything. Location, Cleanliness and the price we paid
