When I first arrived I was told they gave my room to someone else. I paid for a bay view and got a building. The room I was given had a leak somewhere in the kitchen and when I informed the front desk I was told maintenance would fix it. Twice they said i

I did not like anything about the hotel. Staff was rude

I had the maintenance guy in the elevator with my 10 year old niece. He invaded her space and I complained about it. The manager spoke with me and did nothing about it. The air conditioner did not work properly. Nothing was done about it.

Great location near restaurants and across from the park on Shoreline. The staff was awesome and took care of all of our requests. Definitely will stay again.
