Best Western Padre Island

The lady’s behind the desk were awesome and the cleaning crew were very kind. Gave me towels without asking. Breakfast included

It was a motel turned hotel, nevertheless was maintained excellent.

The Air Conditioner is not that good. The linen provided has some stains.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great pool area, location is good.

The carpet smelled badly.

Complimentary Breakfast, ceiling fan in room, free parking and good wifi.

Maintenance bothered us even though the DND placard was on the door. They claimed the front desk was supposed to give us a "heads up" but we were not aware. Our AC was then turned off for several hours during the day.

The price and ease of check in.

The free breakfast was not as good as expected. Sink faucet needs repair. Mattress was a bit too firm for me.

The hotel is very close to the beach and other amenities on Padre Island. Nice water views from the property. It is not luxurious, but the location, staff, and room layout make it a nice place to stay.

Location was amazing , had a view of the bay ! Breakfast was decent and hot ! Staff was very accommodating

The room was very outdated , the lighting was horrible . Paint was sloppy and hair dryer coming out of the wall . The front door definitely needed painted. The window was dirty and curtains broken .

Staff was great, 5-7 minutes to the beach and any main store that you needed.

The beds could've been better, but overall no complaints.

Friendly staff! Nice and clean premises and our suite was on point (I would sugggest to place at least 2 bottles of water in the suites due to the extreme heat in TX) Breakfast was delicious and loooved the TX waffle :)

Staff were very nice,room was clean and location was perfect. Especially since I didn¿t have to drive to far to get bait. Pet friendly hotel.

Nice location. Close to the connector. Short drive to the beaches. Across from mini golf. Pool was cool and clean. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. Had a washer/dryer available. Nice railing for hanging up wet suits and towels. Room was spacious

This was an average room at best at above average price, location was average at best. at half the price it would have been a good deal. It was too far from the beach to walk and there is no parking on the beach unless you go and buy a parking permit.

The front counter staff were rude and unprofessional. We had an unexpected emergency and had to leave a day early and they refused to give us any credit. We have been staying here for years and never had any issues. Will never stay here again.

The location was perfect, and the rooms were huge. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very friendly.

The only issue I had while I was there was that my door handle would stick and make it difficult for me to enter the room, but the staff was always quick to help me with that.

Great location, walk to Starbucks that is right on the water. Nice clean pool. Friendly staff. Literally a 5 minute drive to the beautiful beaches. Free internet, free parking.

Room had a weird smell but was clean overall. Water pressure in the shower was lacking. Door was difficult to open every time for some reason.

Good location. Convenient breakfast provided. Pool was clean.

Rooms smelled strongly of mildew(AC unit?). Found a small dead crab on floor that either came in through large gap under door on 2nd floor or room was not cleaned properly. Towels stained. Partially clogged drain in tub =standing in water while showering.

No elevator. Guests were in seventies and couldn't handle stairs.

With all of the covid problems I think they did a great job. The room was spotless and they did a good job with the breakfast and they were pet friendly. The staff was very friendly always concerned that we had everything we needed

No like I said it was awesome. I really don’t understand where people say negative things I think they want Champagne rooms with a beer budget 😂
