Relative location to the client location.

TV had to be replaced. Deadbolt didn't work. Bathroom sink was awkward to use. I was in room 423.

Pool was dirty and jacuzzi was out of order, restroom hadn't been swept and tub was dirty. Room had a weird smell but did get very cold. Front desk night staff was very unprofessional. It was the worst experience ever at a Hampton Inn.

The pool!!! We specifically chose this hotel for the pool. It was 100 degrees outside and the pool was about 50 degrees. We were freezing! Ugh the whirlpool! The jets weren¿t on. Thank God because we noticed the water was super murky! Nasty!!

Good location

Room looks ok but to many issues in walls tiles and carpets.elevator smells like transmission fluid.i was attack by a big caucaroch. Poor breakfast.coffe but no cream. And only snacks bananas and orange.cereal but no milk. Pay too much for this service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was easily accessible. Room was nice and cool when we got there.

Building was incredibly hot in hallways/lobby. Overall much dingier than I expected for the price. The bathroom wasn’t clean on our arrival.

The hotel was much nicer than I expected. Many delicious breakfast options to choose from! The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good! The maids were friendly and helpful. The sofa bed in our room was just as comfy as the main bed. Thick mattress!

The only thing we did not like at this hotel is, the hot tub needed to be cleaned. It stunk like mold the second day we were there. It was cold also until an employee kindly turned the heat up once we asked. Easy fixes. I would definitely stay here again

Price was ok considering it was a weekend.

Carpet was damp and sticky. Water damage throughout a the room.

I liked getting a newspaper and the tea in the lobby.

I was double billed and it has been a very long process to correct. The tables in the breakfast room were very awkward. They looked modern, but it was hard to eat at the table since the chairs could not be pulled up very close to the table.

Had an upscale feel, the room was large and extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room came with a breakfast buffet. The staff was pleasant.

I think it is too expensive, however it was very nice.

Check out at 12 is awesome and of course free breakfast

Pool maintenance was somewhat dirty.

There was dirt in the ice cubes from the ice machines. I informed the front desk, and they gave me cold water bottles to hold me over until the next day. I was up early, but the maintenance crew was up earlier and had already started fixing the machines.

The bedsheet and comforter setup was weird. The face you're making is the same face I made. 🤔 The pillows were garbage.

The Breakfast area setup and then food selection was good the cook did a excellent job. The over all hotel was clean and staff was respectful.

The area location I really didn't care for, the eating places we're far off. The doors in the room slam to hard and somewhat loud.
