The staff was great everyone that i talked to very kind.

Yes they dont serve breakfast and they only have one ice maker and it was out of ice.

Location and gym in hotel

TV?s didn?t work in gym/fitness center. Phone didn?t work in room. Asked for wake up call and didn?t get it. They advised they tried 3 times.

Had an extended stay. Was a pleasant stay. Free laundry and pool both great!

No smoking area for guests. This led to an abundance of cigarette butts all over sidewalks by pool.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean, large rooms and great amenities. Is definitely our go-to spot when staying in the Corpus Christi area.

Nothing. They wouldn¿t fix my reservation, by one day, so I never got to stay. Still haven¿t gotten my refund yet, either.

Yes!! The fact that they accept, 3rd party reservations, but they WON¿T fix them. How many people, makes mistakes, booking? Imagine, how many reservations you¿d keep, if the system was handled better?. Disappointed, for my Father¿s Day weekend.

Room size, room amenities, view of bay, bed comfort.

No breakfast, no safebox, gym closed, small pool, small parking lot. Construction in the hall all day to fix leak in neighboring room. Switched to the side away from freeway noise.

the cleanliness and convenience of pantry.

Pet policy was deceptive. I stayed 2nights and paid $150 for two pets when the policy says up to 150 for two pets for up to six nights. Why charge the customer the same amount for 2 nights as you would for 6? Also no candlewood has charged this much b4.

Elevator not working, bad smell in the rooms, staff not helpful, uncomfortable beds.

The hotel is inviting upon walking into the lobby. The rooms are newly painted. The staff was very pleasant and the snack room was convenient.

First room unfortunately was not clean. The base of the toilet had not been cleaned & we also found remnant food in freezer. While it began to rain, water began to leak. we moved rooms. The next room was cleaner but with no bathroom fan it was a wet mess

Convenient location, pet friendly as I am a combat wounded veteran who has a service dog. Staff was outstanding.

If I needed to get fresh towels I had to go to the front desk additionally I had to take my trash out to a can on the floor I was staying on. I don¿t mind keeping my room straight but I think having trash pick up is mandatory.

There are so many things we loved! From cleanliness to free washers to comfy beds to large rooms!

Too many people in the pool area. Found a roach in our room.

The staff was awesome from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. We decided to stay an extra night and they made sure we were able to stay in the same room.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel

Easy access to the highway and a short distance to the beach.

The staff is not overly friendly. Our view from our room was a junk yard. There were spoons, a bandage wrapper and yogurt container behind the dresser. Parking is kind of a nightmare if you have a large vehicle.

The location was good.

No breakfast. They wouldn't do housekeeping daily unless you paid.

bit pricey on weekends for my opinion
