Residence Inn by Marriott Corpus Christi

Room was large, clean and quiet.

It was under construction so it was a mess in the hallways. Customer Service was poor.

Nothing to like.

Room had no coffee maker, blow dryer, clean linen for pull out sofa nor towels for the room. Had to go down to front desk to get linen so my granddaughter could sleep on pullout sofa. After getting her sleeping area prepared no towels were there to shower

Location, breakfast was very good, food service staff was very nice.

Key cards never worked, we were assigned a room with a non working dishwasher, did not like washing our own dishes. TV was difficult to use. Kayla, the regional manager saved our experience the day before we left.

the heating element was out on the indoor pool. the entire hotel swarming with mesquitos inside. hot water wet out. one of the front desk ladies was rude.

Checked in, walked into the room and the AC not working. Was told someone would come check it. Fifteen minutes later we went to front desk. Got 2nd room and everything was good until we tried getting out door handle was broken and could not get out.

It was an older Resident Inn. I was looking forward to getting in the hot tub but it was of commission.

I like the location in the middle of shopping center. It's between bay front and the gulf beaches. Driving is about 15 minutes each way.

Need cosmetic update soon.

Location was fantastic and rooms were spacious.

Breakfast was lacking, Mold and dust on walls and ceiling, tub paint was peeling off, we had to keep asking for towels, couch was disgustingly dirty. Would not stay here again.

Just average overall - good A/C.

Poor security - side door inoperable with card key, learned it's been down for at least a month; guests would just prop the door open for access. Kitchen poorly stocked - not enough glasses, etc. for four people, ice maker not working & no ice bucket.

false advertisement - website said hot buffet breakfast, there was not. Pictures of room showed oven with a 4 burner stove, there was no oven and only a 2 burner range top stove. Bathroom light went out and was told it would be replaced next day.

The amenities of the room were nice, such as plates and silverware as well as very spacious areas for activities.

There were ants in the room and the breakfast was all gone by the time we woke up - there didn't seem to be much there in the first place. Also the wallpaper was peeling and the pool didn't seem well-kept.

Near a lot of restaurants and stores

Air conditioner didn¿t work. Room was not clean.

Room smelled like a dog. Did not know that I had to ask for housekeeping to clean up our room while we were out. Never had to ask before.

Lack of attention to detail. Front desk person did not wear a mask. Frayed carpeting in the room. Broken bed light.

It was big for all four of us and location was good

Hotel did not offer anything due to COVID and nothing is posted on website to show all of the features that are not available. Room was not clean and no one would enter room to clean it. It was difficult to get towels when needed due to lack of staff.

Very clean, friendly staff and large rooms.

Booked for 2 nights, after leaving and coming back to room in the evening found room was not cleaned, no new towels. They claimed because of covid rules. Had I known, I would have booked a room twice.

Everything was clean and there staff definitely made you feel at home

I didn't like that they haven't refunded me my money that was on hold instead they doubled charged me

Friendly, indoor pool and hot tub, good breakfast

Hot tub was cold and staff on duty didnt know how to turn it up
