There is a musty, mold-like odor coming from the pillows and bed, and the bathroom is dirty. Although the room appears to have undergone renovations, the finishing work is poor, and some light switches are old and rusty

This hotel was in absolute shambles. Supposedly under construction but no actual signs of improvements. Moldy and rusty shower. Hair all over the bathroom. Water damage around the window, dirty and ripped carpet. All areas were dirty and worn.

The staff where nice.

The pool was dirty. Our room had ants. Multiple guests didn’t have hot water including us. Broken floor tiles in our room. Our door knob to our room was broken. Could only open by pulling up vs the normal push down.

Ridiculous place. STRONG mold smell in the hallways. Ant infestation in our room. Mold on the lampshades. I got a headache and throat ache from the mold. Bad service. Needs serious work or to be closed altogether.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the location

This hotel was extremely outdated, dirty, broken things all over, pool and hot tub were disgusting, mold in multiple places, staff refused to give us a extra pillows, not friendly people working at front desk, breakfast was absolutely gross and more

The lady at the front desk when we checked in. Super friendly, and helpful, very welcoming. This was the only staff member with welcoming attitude.

The evening staff was not as good, always found sitting in the lobby barefoot on their phones.

Black mold in the bathroom and breakfast ran out around 7am and no more was prepared

The only thing I can say I liked was the location because it¿s so close to the beach.

The whole experience was treacherous! The ac units had mold, the tub was stained, the toilets were stained, rooms had an old smell, I asked the guy at the front desk for a blanket and he gave me a blanket with his Cheeto fingerprints. It was disgusting!

Smell was awful! Mold, cockroaches, stale breakfast!!! Large holes in bedding!

the room was clean the breakfast was passible, that's the best I can say.

Staff spoke almost no English. Made hard to communicate needs. I had to speak with multiple staff to let them know we needed towels. The hot tub was broken and had been for some time. The bath tub was so slippery we all almost fell. There's more need room

The location was great

The hotel was very out dated. Our room was missing a refrigerator, the remote did not work correctly the bathroom door rubbed hard against the floor. The carpet were not very clean along the wall edges. We had a dog in the room next to our room barking

The location was the best thing about this place.

Everything was bad, rude service, roaches in the room, mold on the shower curtin, ice cold indoor pool, dirty pillow cases, holes in the bed sheets and very ditry air filter in AC unit. Manager yelled at guest who complained.

Broken hot tub, broken things in the room, and not the cleanest

Staff rude, guest have to share elevator with cleaning and maintenance staff. Room was dirty and smelled really bad. No daily cleaning of room. There for 3 days and room was never cleaned. Tried to check out early but was told that they would not refun

Free hot breakfast. Onsite pool with hot tub. And its so close to the beach and shops

No smoke alarm in room just wires. Phone didn¿t work. Door key didn¿t work in whole hotel you had to have you room opened every time you returned to hotel. Hot tub was nasty.

The free breakfast was a brown bag, the pool was closed and there was no shampoo available. The experience was far less than was advertised.

Room was a Hazerd open wall plugs and paint what was sperated from the walls room was dirty

The rooms are dirty and the comforters and sheets have lots of dirty stains on them

As soon as I walked In my room it smelled like mold. The walls were dirty, there was stains, the sink wouldn¿t drain. The fridge was set to freezer so my food froze instead of just keeping it cold, and when I changed the cold setting it started leaking.
