Newer hotel great breakfast

Did not clean my room for3 days would not give me a refund, told me it was their policy on the weekend, not to clean the rooms ruined the trip. Cold hot tub phone did not work in the room.\n Found a dead bird in the hot tub. The 1st day.

Near several restaurants

Refrigerator didn’t work. The key card didn’t work five different times icemakers were out of order. There were no cups or glasses in the room.

Location, friendly staff

Rooms are a bit outdated, the tv remote did not work effectively or the tv is too old, I was not able to select ?guide? on the tv remote to see what was on, I had to scroll through each channel individually. Ice machine on 3rd floor did not have any ice.

No shampoo or conditioner in botttles in showers the last 2 stays. Tired of broken ice machines. Thought you were a notch above your like competitors. I'll take motel 6 Studioi over you. I'm trying La Quinta across the way on my next stay

STAFF VERY FREINDLY - HOTEL WAS NICE - LOVED THE HOT TUB AND THE POOL. clean. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was easy to get to. Located close to shopping areas and easy access to other locations we were going to.

The hotel needs some renovation, the AC was very loud and old, the carpet looks dirty and needs to be changed, The hotel let trucks park in the parking lot, which is very inconvenient as they left the truck running the whole night, they are loud.

By far the best maintained hotel and clean in the corpus area. Travel frequently there and return here because others are not kept up.

Both mornings the water temp for shower was not great. Seemed like it was only half heating.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was nice , clean and everyone was friendly. The breakfast was amazing! Delicious great variety and a beautiful set up!! Lisa did wonderful! Great food!

The only thing we didn't like is the fact that our stuff got stolen from our vehicle like $600 worth and the hotel didn't care. Also invest in cameras in the parking lot for this situation and for general safety!

The breakfast was okay.

Carpet was dirty, curtain ripped, no fridge and found dirty ear piece in room.

There was a dirty towel left in our room. It was hanging on the back of the door when I notice it while I was using the restroom when we first got there. It was easy to find and in a convenient spot to everything that we wanted to do.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and it definitely met all of my expectations! The room was very nice/clean, the continental breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had, the staff was friendly/extremely helpful! Would recommend!!

The location of this hotel was everything!! Closet to restaurants, shopping, Starbucks and the beach. We will stay there again.

The room was very stuffy. The air worked just fine, it just felt very humid and stuffy. It made my daughters allergies act up.
