Rooms are clean the pool is nice and clean staff is wonderful

Thought the pool was bigger but it was still ok. The breakfast needs big improvement needs waffles

The room felt very dirty. All the walls were dirty and smudged with dark spots. The bathroom walls were not fully done and it did not looo like it was hnder construction. The room also smelled.

Front desk clerk very helpful. Easy access off and on highway (a drive to beach but service station and restaraunts just up the road).Room very basic but clean. My kids loved the fact they had Disney channel.Small pool with cute little water fountain.

Free WiFi but couldn't pick up in room. I could use it in lobby and parking lot.

Staff is the office was very helpful.

The floor was not clean. It turned my feet black. There were long black hairs in the bathroom around the shower. I do not have long or black hair. One night that I was there the room was not touched.

Nothing at all.

Very nasty. Cigarette butt plastic container outside room, roach inside the room, peep hole is an actual hole in the door, breakfast was not good, no linens for pull out couch, mattress on pull out was terrible,ice machine was broken, and very humid.

Fridge and microwave. Noon checkout is ok.

It's old. 2 stars. Comparable to the Best Value Inn down the road. No early checkin. Allows a noon checkout instead, which is dumb.

It was a good price.

It needs to be updated. Our rooms the blankets had burn marks and holes in them.

Price for what I received. Breakfast. Good bed and clean sheets.

Sugar ants on living room AC unit. Coffee wasn't good at all but the rest of the breakfast was great.

Room was always cleaned. They also regularly cleaned the pool. Had a fridge and microwave in the room.

Not the best neighborhoods nearby but still not too bad

The room was acceptable. Fairly clean (not without exceptions). Everything was in working order except for one overhead light bulb. The breakfast was decent (waffles, sausages) and wasn't crowded.

The overhead light over the sink wouldn't come on a lot of the time. The door was hard to shut, I had to slam it. The fellow clientele I saw seemed sleazy...the kind who instead of keeping to themselves spend all day outside their room glaring at people.

Need room for improvement on cleanliness. See cockroach in our bathroom. Also, they run out of towel replacement (we requested for fresh towel only since we did not want our room clean). I've seen much better hotels for the price I paid for this stay.

No hot tub as pictured it has been cut out and made put of the pool. And also wanted to change rooms and had trouble doing so with the night shift but Manager corrected the next morning.

Room size was nice

Breakfast wasn't that great and another customer from another room had food and clothes in our room.

When we got there they did not have our room ready and we had to wait an hour or too , they were short on staff.

Air conditioner was terrific. It maintained the very cold temp we like.

The spa room had very bad lighting. Opening the window shades exposes you the parking lot. Spa tub was clearly in need of a super cleaning. It appeared to have been only wiped down and water jets had visible rust so we did NOT use it. BUGS!

Room was nice. Breakfast wasn't bad.

Employees were a little rude and complained about those perchasing through a service.

Upgraded room to a suite due to my error on request for room. They didn't have to do that, but they did!!!

It was NOT the Hotels fault, but I had to wait about 20-25 minutes due to reservation not in system, then waited for fax with confirmation to come into Hotel A little longer. AGAIN, NOT HOTELS FAULT!

the friendliness of the staff was impressive due to the current circumstances.

the Hotel is currently under remodeling.
