I couldn't bring myself to enter the room. There was trash all over the parking lot. Hotel ask for 50 dollars deposit and if there was any sand in the room or in the shower, there would be a $250 charge. Additionally to fifty dollar deposit

Did not stay. Room was not cleaned, beds not made, trash in room. Gave us 2nd room and bed was not made. Worst experience I have had at a hotel. Did not stay and need a refund.

This hotel was very disappointing . The room was filthy with dirty , stained sheets, there was fecal matter still in the toilet when I opened the lid. There was no toilet paper in the restroom. There was roaches walking on the walls.

The room was filthy, stunk, dirty , stained sheets, roaches and disgusting. We didnt stay in that hotel room as it was non refundable we just left and went and checked into another hotel . Totally disgusting!!!!

The towels were yellow and brown, they look like car repair rags, i had Travel Insurance and should've gotten a refund. I'm going somewhere else totally unacceptable

There was no top sheet.Only a bottom sheet smells like urine. Coffee maker, broken phone, broken. No refrigerator or microwave. They propped a chair against the adjoining roomhat didn't make me feel safe the bedspread head cigarette burns

Nothing the pictures falsely advertised the look of the inside and outside

All of it from the room with mold and doors that don’t close the pool that was not open or operable

The sheets were smelly and the air in the room was stale and not fresh at all. Turning on the fan filled the room with a stronger foul smell that was so unbearable it was hard to sleep for the first couple of hours.

I wish I could upload pictures. The room wasn't "clean" there were only blankets on one bed. There was sand all in the bathtub. When I checked in they said that the room I booked was already taken and I needed to pay $20 for an "upgrade"...

Room was dirty towels and sheet were either dirty or badly stained they had roaches the knobs in the shower did not work had to switch rooms in the middle of the night just to have the same problems in that room their breakfast consisted of toast & apples

It¿s not the best hotel.

It¿s just not cleaned enough. Find strain on pillows sheets and bed sheets it¿s just disgusting. Bath tub floor and the walls paints falling apart. And smelling really bad. I don¿t recommend this hotel.

The price. Cleaning lady was nice.

The ¿white¿ towels were stained and looked filthy. Had to ask for comforters because all that was on the beds were sheets. Breakfast was a joke. A few pieces of bread, small old looking muffins and just a bottle of cheap apple juice. Next day was worse.

I'm not happy didn't get a room on the bottom. My husband has knee issues. We couldn't get a 1st floor room. For the price we paid it was not worth it. There was no ice in the ice machine. Overall it was not good.

Yes, didn't get the room we wanted & no ice in the ice machine. It's not worth the price we paid. It should of been less.

Room was not clean, all the towels had black stains and lip stick stains¿ dirty bed sheets. Very disappointed and will not recommend this place! Staff was not helpful in assisting with the issue. Also called management and no help in resolving it !!

There were wet towels (used by previous renter) in the bathroom. Breakfast was supposed to be available between 6:30 to 9:30, but there was no coffee, no pastries, no cereal....nothing.

Nothing at all. Our whole experience was horrible. Trash bins over filled outside, roaches in rooms, used linen on beds, meaning they were not changed out after last occupants. Tub clogged, not enough pillow comfort. The list goes on...

(Everything about this stay at this hotel!) Employees & management were very unprofessional and disrespectful. They seemed as if they did not know how to run a business nor did they care about our concerns. Only 1 employee offering poor customer service.

The hotel was in a really good location not too far from grocery stores restaurants and sightseeings

The hotel is very run down not up to date very dirty full of cockroaches I complained three times went out bought my own cleaning supplies the manager said that they had already bombed once just ended up leaving!
