Lively Beach

The location was wonderful and the property was very well taken care of.

The window in our room had a curtain that was see through, so it provided no shade for when the sun rose in the mornings.

Location, Design, Gated, Police patrol property periodically. Live music, evening social activities, no lobby check in

Need more info about facilities on property. Where's the office? Are there laundry/ice machines? Property map? How to contact staff if needed? Stayed there 2x, for 3 nights, never seen staff, but know they're maintaining property, clean and beautiful

Location, efficient layout and clean lines of rooms, room and property very clean. Property was very private and secure and convenient to the beach.

Very little water pressure in bathroom shower and lavatory.

Location, Security, Convenience, Design, Cleanliness. Access codes to the main gate, Boardwalk, and my room were sent via text at time of check-in. No need for standing in a lobby etc. Property is quiet, well designed, and well kept.

If there are vending/ Ice/ or washing machines on the property, I do not know where. I never saw an employee, or staff member to ask, which is fine, and kinda separates this from a typical hotel experience. Very nice otherwise.

Excellent location close to Corpus Christi and on Padre Island.

I’ve been asking for an invoice for almost a week. Staff tells me they’ll call to follow up on an issue and I’ve received no follow up, twice.

I loved the amount of space and all the kitchen necessities available! I also love that it was contactless!

It was pretty clean and being able to use the boardwalk to get to the beach was nice.

Certain resort events (smores) were canceled with no reason why even though the fire was going that night (I’m guessing it was poor planning on their side and some forgot to get the supplies for it). On their site they said they will welcome you with complimentary wine when you visit their office after check in and there was no complimentary wine given. The office staff was very pleasant but just felt like we were bothering them when we had questions. Their main way to communicate is through email or text, which was a problem when they said they texted everyone (I received no texts for the above event, but sure did get the “security deposit” is needed text).

Convenient to the beach. Nice and comfortable for my family.

As far as the room, it was dusty and could’ve been cleaned better. No paper towels and little things like that. Came for my honeymoon back in 2021 and it was perfect so I expected more but was still a good stay.

Proximity to beach is always a plus for my family.

Amenities in suite did not work properly or were broken. For the price we paid, the amenities should have worked or we should have been warned about the lm in advance. Made our stay less desirable.

Properly was beautiful! Staff was super nice. Especially the manager chick. But everyone we saw was so friendly and kind. Loved that we could do some laundry. Beach access was perfect and the grounds were so pretty.

Only few very small complaints. No door mats, so coming in from the sand it was hard to avoid tracking that into the room. Suggest door mats to help keep floors feeling clean. So minor cleanliness issues. Behind the pull out sofa we found lots of left crumbs and ants. Need to check behind things when cleaning! There were also several dead cockroaches in the sleeper sofa. It’s Texas. So bugs happen. But the kids were needing to sleep there so kinda gross. Also fans for the rooms without the ac are highly recommended. Kids from Alaska almost melted! Otherwise great stay.

Great location, clean rooms.

Doors need rust proofing (you need to put your shoulder into opening and closing them). Path to beach is now blocked by a dune.

Sand dune has taken over the end of the private beach access. However, it is scalable, and there is a public beach access around the corner.

I like the resort location making it feel private also great views. Also quick access to beach! It’s a beautiful resort with clean facilities.

Nothing except when walking my dog on the property she kept getting spiky thorn balls stuck on her and they hurt when trying to take them off of her but no other issues..

It was clean, quiet and close to the beach.

The bed was a little too firm for my liking.

We loved the location, the pool, the fireplace, the onsite cats.

the front door to our unit was very rusty and difficult to open and close

If we could be members here we would sign up in a heartbeat. We come here every chance we get, it’s our favorite place on the Texas coast. Clean, modern, tasteful, replenishing. Great for just the 2 of us and for the whole family. Love the room options for both. When we are here we feel like we live here.

The location was wonderful! The resort is beautiful, clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. We loved the full kitchen in the room as well, very convenient! Couldn't recommend a stay here enough!

Parking is a little tight if there is an event or high volume of guests but with a little patience it works out!

The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Our room was just as shown on the website.The property is large making for great evening walks.The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the office is open until 11:00 PM daily.

Access to the beach was restricted by a sand dune covering a portion of the boardwalk, we went to the beach one time and found the process too challenging for a second attempt.The property is a bit remote so a restaurant would be a great addition.

Really close to the beach with private access. Good atmosphere, had a fire pit going in the evening. Had little guided beach walks. Info for activities came on phone. Room had good handicapped facilities like a walk in shower and grab bars by the toilet..Nice saltwater pool

Not really close to anything like stores or restaurants. The walkway to the beach had stairs. Fine for me, but impossible for my handicapped Mom.
