The window in my room was dirty and damaged and the matress was a little hard.

The kitchen area w/no nothing in it wasn’t helpful. We didn’t like that breakfast ended at 9am. If I would have known I would have went somewhere else. 10 am is standard end time for most hotels So yeah I didn’t like that. Sofa bed sheets was dirty.

Yes I was told I never paid they wanted me to pay again. You told them I did not pay even though I had a receipt and showed them the charge to my credit card. You are the one that said I didn?t pay so WHO took my MONEY if the hotel didn?t receive it.

Our last hotel experience was horrible - Hawthorne restored my confidence in staying in hotels. It was super clean, the staff was super accomodating and the breakfast was super delicious.

You did not inform me that the hotel would require a $100 cash deposit on arrival. I did not go prepared and did not have that amount. It was a serious problem.

The space was good that's about it

The room was stinky, the couch was tore up looked like they just pulled it out of the dumpster. For paying ---$ a night I will never go back for that. Place was a wreck as a whole pool was filled with people I felt unsafe being around. Breakfast was a jok

Furniture was somewhat shabby, but I understand it is being replaced. Bad smell in the 2nd floor hallway, but construction was underway, so that may have been the source.

Online pictures not how it really looks. They had a pipe burst and they did not let us know until we checked in. Insulation in the air and on floor right outside the room that was not cleaned up. One of our party was having reactions and we had to leave.

The location and room layout was excellent

The window panes were actually broken, Mirrors were broken, counters were coming off the wall, sofa cushions were torn, towels were scratchy and stained, walls had stains. It¿s in need of a serious update or it¿s just going to continue to get worse.

The customer service was excellent. The room was fair. The location was perfect and had so many food, clothing, and store options.

Please update their paint job and room furniture.

Could hear noise from room above. And could hear them talking through the vent in the restroom. The couch needed to be replaced. The arms were torn and the cushion appeared to have a sheet wrapped around it to hide the wear.

The room smelled musty, furniture is old and h tattered. The second night a was awakened by something crawling on my arm. I jumped up and turned on the lights. I thought it was a small roach, but we Googled it, it was a bedbug!

I loved the location the receptionist was very polite friendly and very nice best hospitality housekeeping was the best great service and excellent service with all personnel would plan to stay there again on another trip thank you

Breakfast tables needed cleaning and sanitizing when hotel guests finished eating;There were flies in the breakfast tables & area; Leather chairs were very worn out; gnats in my hotel bedroom;gnats in coffee;asked housekeeping to clean up he toilet & mop

I liked the price. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Lack of security. Outside doors were not secured. Room doors were thin and didn¿t give a sense of security. Laundry out of order. Pool and hot tub were extremely filthy. Pool water was cloudy and couldn¿t even see bottom in hot tub because water was murky
