Mcm Elegante Suites Abilene

Two room suites

everything was old and run down. If they’re going to charge $---+ per nights, I’d expect poop not to be sitting in the toilet, lumpy pillows or scratched up old furniture

Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, three times and had to have workers in the room while trying to keep kids asleep. This is a party hotel, very loud and no control over volume and guests.

The Atmosphere and environment family oriented top notch

They closed down their Bar & lounge hangout

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There are many fun things to do and the suite is spacious and comfy. The breakfast was so good and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evening. The employees are friendly and give the best service!

Very nice employee¿s

The room was dirty, the toilet seat broken and the only place to eat at the hotel was closed. Not impressed and won¿t be back.

Very elegant and great amenities. Superb Breakfast and very friendly atmosphere. The hotel was very clean as was the room and the room was spacious and comfortable. Certainly recommend this hotel.

Bed was harder than I really like but all in all, everything was great.

Quiet with full breakfast

Needs some touch up painting and re-staining in rooms.

Very large rooms, great staff, well run, great breakfast

A little dated, but still very elegant and well kept

the rooms were not what we expected for the price we paid, they had old furniture including the bed it was not comfortable we felt like we were staying at a run down Motel. NEVER AGAIN!!

The old elegance from over 20 years ago. Took me back many years.

I called for the directions to the hotel and the clerk did not know how to tell me to get there. I called again and she gave me the wrong exit. It was 283 and not 279. In frustration, I went to the website, scrolled down, and there were the directions.

Free breakfast. Free happy hour drinks. Great location. Indoor pool.

The cleanliness of our room and the majority of most public spaces was not near what it should be since this hotel has such a high rating. We have stayed at many other MCM Elegante/Embassy Suite hotels and this one is by far the dirtiest we've been to.

They have a full bar and restaurant, but also offered free drinks in the lobby during happy hour. Free decent breakfast in the morning.

Tons of little kids. Was really super loud. Great place to take kids because there is an indoor pool, shuffleboard, ping-pong tables and billiards. But it if it's a little R&R you're looking for you may want to ask for a room away from all the activities.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel itself was very nice and huge with a friendly staff! The free breakfast was awesome! The location was great! Located across from the mall and places to eat! Iwould highly recommend staying here!

It’s was nice and clean.

The front desk worker was rude during the entire encounter.

The breakfast is really nice.

The price I feel is a little high

Friendly staff

The complimentary breakfast was the star of the show!

It¿s a little run down and dated, I would say it¿s a 2 1/2 or 3 star at best.

The glass double doors and windows to enter the room. Would have preferred the solid doors.

Room was clean. Breakfast staff was great so was the front desk staff. Very happy with my stay.

Plowed parking lot but I doubt any other hotel had that either with all the snow and ice.

i didn’t like that i had to leave for housekeeping to go in. and i left all day 2 days in a roll and got back to my room and it was still dirty and i spent over 2000 to stay there
