Quality Suites Abilene Mall Area

Owner only put out limited food and supplies for breakfast. Usually food gone 30 minutes before breakfast was over. No plates to use since only a few were put out which deterred anyone from wanting anything. Slow draining bathtub.

It was clean and comfortble.

The breakfast eggs and sausage were luke warm not hot no gravy or potatoes.-6t

The staff is very competent and very friendly and helpful.

The renovation, such painting, was poorly done. The lavatory is outside the bathroom, which is inconvenient. The A/C fan is very noisy.

The staff was very attentive. Several family members stayed here and we gathered in the lobby quite often. It was clean and snacks were available. They were very friendly.

It was under construction and the pool was closed. It needs some updating.

The hotel swipe key had to be reactivated EVERY time we entered our room, which meant we had to walk back to the office. The coffee filter was left in the coffee pot from a previous client. It was moldy.

Bathroom had mold on every wall. Nasty, nasty place. TV didn't work, but because we checked in around 2200, we were to tired to mess with it, no biggy. Window going outside wouldn't shut all the way. Was raining and wind blowing thru it all night long.

Overall it was a good hotel but I came home one night after leaving a pizza box I had ordered earlier that day on top of the counter. When I opened it up a mouse hopped out on me so that was disappointing

I had to change rooms 3 times. The first room had mold. The second room my key card wouldn't work. The third rooms ac didn't work very good. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6:30 am but it was never served. Key card didn't work very good.

Broken fitness room, dirty blankets, breakfast was a joke.

hardly anything in the room work not the remote,ice box,telephone and the ac/heater worked when it wanted to also no phone reception and the wifi quality was very poor

Dirty and outdated hotel, included breakfast was no where near what the description was, it would have been better if we went to the Whataburger next door.
