- Arriving without my suitcase and getting upgraded to the 19th floor! Free toiletries due to lack of suitcase. Staff helping with directions and making change and checkins by text.
- The location, and the staff. Our initial room had broken air and they upgraded our room to a higher floor for the inconvenience.

- Closed streets due to events impacting Uber access. Would have preferred audio vs. video in the Nash restaurant.
- The lower floor beds were more uncomfortable (different mattress) than the upper floors
- Valets were excellent BUT the valet app itself didn't work well.
