Pros +
- Great stay! Room was spotless and new. Much nicer than we had even hoped. Entire facility very well taken care of.
- Spacious rooms with all the basic amenities needed. Very easy access to pool and shuttle to beach readily available.
- The condo unit we were in had a deck overlooking a pond, surrounded by trees. The birds, gators, lizards & turtles were great to watch.

- Some outdoor lights burnt out. Very dark at night for walking to restaurants.
- Commode made constant gurgling sounds in guest bathroom.
- There was no hot tub near this building as expected. We'd have had to bike/drive to get to one. Location was quiet, but not near much unless you bike or drive. Spinnaker has 6 areas & we didn't know this, or where we'd be.

Spacious clean rooms.
Only one bar of soap for bathroom. Spa tub didnt work and we didnt know until our last night. Fire alarm was much too loud! It went off at 6 am and our ears were ringing for two days afterwards.

Close to Coligny and restaurants. Room had bathtub. Great Laundry room
Room entrance door warped and you could see outside at the bottom and closing side. Wooden Kitchen chairs very uncomfortable. Dishwasher door would not come down due to refrigerator placement. Poor air circulation in bedroom. Office staff surly.

Lady at conceierge desk didn¿t really want to waste her time on me, as my husband wasn¿t with me and therefore couldn¿t sell me a timeshare plan. She could tell me about shopping, but when I wanted something educational and outdoorsy, she wasnt intereste
