Big unit. Well-maintained. Great view of the ocean.

Check-in was challenging. Couldn’t check in until 5pm. Check-in process was confusing. No one was on duty when we arrived. Card left for us didn’t work. We had to find a security guard to let us in.

Good value for money. Room had all needed and was clean. Good location. Staff were helpful when rang to give us details regarding staying in the room for second day.

Not having someone available at check in. Seems strange that check in is 5pm but office closes then so had to phone gatehouse for box access code. Also unable to open windows over night meant the room was very stuffy. The resort is a little dated but had everything needed.

Dirty towel left on nightstand Laundry bag left in front of our unit entrance during our entire stay.Dishwasher was still going when we arrived as if the cleaning service was just done at 5:30pmParking Roll away bed was not at all comfortable to sleep on, no blanket was provided

Location was great. We had a small hornet nest on the balcony but crew came over right away to remove it.

We inquired about staying an extra night if there was availability and were told that we couldn’t because there was a three night minimum. We were already staying for four nights and the rest of our family was staying until Saturday but were told that was not a possibility because it would be a separate booking. Didn’t make much sense, but oh well.

I sent in many comments via another tool. Condo 9105 was perfect for us! location, exposure and interior!!

condo 7103 could us a bit of minor repairs and a few new items (outside mats, dish rack) but truly, it was extremely efficient and comfortable!!! Beautiful sunrises!! Shady afternoons!!

Location of the building was great. Our unit did not meet our expectation. We had booked an oceanfront unit,

Key cards weren't in my packet. But the security person was helpful and made them and met me at my unit

This is a very quaint, tenured property. The welcome staff (an older gentleman) was so nice and friendly. The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for my family of 7 with ample room. We played tennis, enjoyed the pool and relaxed on the beach. The location of our condo was great with a beautiful ocean view. Overall, it was lovely time.

Convenient location with easy beach access. Very clean and landscaping with beautiful.
