The location to the beach was very close, loved the bathroom tubs!!!

We were not called like we were told when our room was ready. We arrived early on the island and checked in early but they never called to tell us we could use the room. I ended up called for our room code.

The home was spacious and not far from the beach.

The pool at this location was smaller and packed.

The space was large and comfortable.

Units are dated and smell musty. This is NOT a resort. It needs some updating. Staff person who checked us in was very unfriendly. The resort is not close to the beach and the pool is soooo dated. Very disappointing. Won’t ever stay here again.

Despite the above we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Misleading information regarding Club House and fitness center! They are not located on this property, and you have to drive to it. Pool was not vacuumed during our stay until the day we were leaving, and it was like this when we arrived. This was not storm related. Poorly stocked kitchens and deck in need of repair, loose boards. Unable to get an answer from booking.com regarding two different prices we were charged for identical rentals by our family! Don't like doing business with a company you cannot get in touch with.

Spacious condo. Plenty of personal space for the group.

Extremely rude front desk staff. Small beds.

Very clean, a lot of fun activities for kiddos, this is our 3 year going and every times is a little different then the first. But we had a blast.

Didn’t like that I had to drive to different places. Their should have available shuttles to make you where you need to go.

Condo was clean. Gas grills are on site wich was handy.

Our Condo was clean on arrival, however we had no trashcan in the kitchen Spoke to Jocelyn at the front desk and she said itcwould be rectified. Never heard back. Pool was disgusting both days we tried to use it. We would not book there again.

I liked the apartment and the ability to get bikes with the unit.

I didn't like how far we were from the beach or the entry officer.

Location was fine. It was clean.

I didn’t like that I called several times to report an issue and no one ever call me back. The washer did not work it would not rinse the clothes. So I try several times as I need the clothes. I came home with all the clothes wet. Just put them in bags so I could wash them at home. I called when I was leaving for a manager to call me because when I spoke to the receptionist she didn’t offer an apology or anything. It was not important to them.

It was spacious, gated, and the beds were so comfortable! we also enjoyed the free bikes and the beach access.

The tub had a broken piece on the outside and so did a plank on the steps.

I adored the privacy and comfort it provided. It was a nice apartment we were given. I loved the aesthetics and the view we were given. I liked the bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and it was very accommodating! I am now planning on returning with my family.

Not much didn’t really bother me, the environment outside was a bit messy, but that is just nature. It was still very beautiful regardless! It really helped with the vibes it was trying to accomplish, and it accomplished it well!

did not appear to have been cleaned completely prior to our stay. broom still out with pile of trash. towels and wash clothes still in tub as well. dryer did not work. wasps nests at front door.
