Pros +

Beautiful, spacious villa with all the amenities of home. Located in beautiful Shipyard plantation. Convenient to golf and the beach, area restaurants and attractions.

Cons -

Parking can be an issue. Several times people took my assigned parking space and when I called in I was told security would be alerted and the issue would be taken care of. Never was taken care of.
