Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Springfield

I booked for two queen bes with microwave but when I was tryi g to check in, they told me that it sold out and they offered me 1 king bed with sofa bed, no microwave. The cooffee maker is so dirty.

Nothing service terrible power outage conditions no hot water !

Front desk personnel very rude because of recent power outage and taking out on dissatisfied customers .

It did the job.

The bed was a bit small. The windows didn't open. The AC was always on, even when off, so the room was dry (you should check that the humidity levels are within safe limits for the health of your guests and staff. Breakfast was grossly overpriced.

Great location to outdoor activities; parks, hiking and birding trails. Staff is helpful and professional. Breakfast choices very good. Many thanks to General Manager who is running the hotel excellently.

To Marriot¿s shame there are no recycling trash cans anywhere within the hotel. The Tavola restaurant serves quite mediocre dishes.

This hotel was very clean, friendly staff and for our travel, met all of our location needs too

I was burned when the iron in the room squirted scalding water from the side of the iron. Iron was worn out broken and defective. In addition the hotel staff posted my receipt with my personal information on my room door for all the public to view.

Beautiful golf course view, lovely rear deck. Starbucks in the lobby. Friendly staff. Bed quality could improve.

Bathroom cleanliness needs improvement, hair in shower.Dirty grout and tracks along the door.

It was conveniently located right next to the Springfield County Club where our event was. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable.

The generator was just outside of our room and was running when we first arrived for awhile. The power went out about 4 times and each time we had to reboot the TV. Also our room keys never worked. Couldn't get in our room after our party.

Location was good. There was good access to various amenities and also to Philadelphia.

Price seemed high for a 3* location/accommodation.

Large clean room and bath. Easy dining areas in or next to hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was clean, the staff were all courteous, the rooms were well appointed, the bed was very comfortable. You could not hear any noise outside your room, even though the ice machine was right next to my room.

Was convenient to where I was going for training, close to restaurants and stores, the restaurant on site has great food and friendly staff, really enjoyed my dinner the first night. Liked there was a spa on site just didn't get a chance to utilize it.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows went flat as soon as your head hit them, I was in a king room that had 4 pillows on the bed and I stacked them all together to get some kind of comfort from them.

overpriced...no micro wave...clock was broken..
