The space was clean, roomy, and well-equipped, located in a prime spot right in the heart of town.
I liked the easy way of checking in and out. I got our room assignment early, so I knew what floor and how to get in. It was almost like going home. You have your keys, you just show up, and all the amenities are at your figertips.

The front desk staff member present at the time of our arrival was noticeably dismissive and unkind. While traveling with my 82-year-old mother, we asked two simple questions regarding baggage storage and were met with a curt and rude response.
The location was very noisy on one particular night. There was a whole drum line on the street outside. The hotel provided earplugs, but nothing could really help that.

I liked that is was spacious.

Yes, the HVAC unit was SO LOUD it sounded like a jet engine. Was impossible to sleep. The fire alarm went off at 4am for 45 minutes. I kept telling us not to exacuate. It was the loudest noise I have even heard and went on for SOOOOOOOO long.
