Comfortable bed

No shower curtain. Dry heat blows in your face across the room. Filthy entryways and steps (butts, mud.)

Room stinks of bleach…shower had recently done poor renovation

Free breakfast, with waffle maker and juice. The rooms have fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Convenience to the market next door and the local shops are all really close.

My room this time smelled of old musty cigarette smoke. I bought a candle at the market next door to help and it did.

I’m 5’11”, the toilet and the shower head were way to low for someone my height

This hotel was extremely dirty and run down. The bathroom had strings of black hair on the floor and tub and even on one of the towels. The bed headboards were gross the wall paper in the bathroom ceiling was coming off. And there was No pool!

Was not contacted that hotel had no power and was closed. Drove 8 hrs and had no where to stay at end of visit. Have not received refund as of yet

Cleanliness and staff was great.

Breakfast not great. No bagels or English muffins. No toaster. Quality inn in Wilkes Barre had hard boiled eggs and a toaster. I would think that a better breakfast would bring repeat business. Even one more guest per night would pay for these items

The staff were friendly

It is very ran down. We could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana just walking down the hall. The bathroom fan didn?t work. The coffee was horrible.

Quiet. Decent for 1 night

A bit dated and empty and off the beaten path. Kind of eerily expansive and empty, like an old conference center that is not used anymore

The staff was nice and it was a good location close to everything.

I stayed here for the pool so my son could go swimming but it was empty and looked to have been for a long time. So they shouldn¿t advertise a pool when the indeed don¿t have one.

Yes, The rooms were no cleaned or towels exchanged throughout the stay. I had to take my own trash out. The Pool is not working and does not look as though it has been for several years. The paint in the pool is peeling off despite it being an amenity.

Worst hotel ever. Bathroom horrible. Tub didn¿t drain. Fixtures at tub barely attached. Requested a new room. Second room not any better. Bathroom horrible, tub barely drained and fixtures barely attached to wall. The beds were not queen sized.

The location was reasonably close to my ultimate destination.

The 'breakfast' was terrible. Prepackaged, highly processed muffins don't cut it. Even the coffee tasted bad. Quality Inn really needs to step up its game here.

Bathroom was falling apart the sink was loose, then tub was dirty and rusty no tub stopper for my toddler to get a bath, and when we were packing and loading things back up we got stopped by house keeping and asked if we were leaving, felt rushed to leave

The heater worked...

Don't advertise juice and a dry muffin as breakfast!!!! That was the most pathetic attempt st a breakfast I've ever seen

Breakfast was just juice or coffee and a muffin. Minimal but disappointing.

Everything looked and smelled clean. The only things they need to do is get rid of the computer chair because it had white stains on it. The headboard had scratches from someone's fingers as well. It's not reassuring.
