- The location worked very well based on our reason for being in Monroeville.
- The staff at the desk were outstanding. Our grandkids loved the pool and the hot chocolate
- Its close to everything. The staff is beyond helpful. We stay here every year.
Cons -
- The breakfast that was included with the stay was rather poor. We had to request that the hot breakfast items be re-stocked. The quality of the hot items was mediocre at best. The condition of the parking lot was poor. There were many potholes present.
- I was there for three days and I had to go to the front desk FOUR times because my room keys wouldn?t work
