It was close to I40. Easy on and off access without having to go through much traffic.

The room was dirty. Old razor by the bed night stand has visible dust. Maid tried coming in my room at 9 am with out even knocking.

Guy in AM who I believe was owner was very scarey and rude I thought breakfast went to 10 when I went for breakfast I told him I thought breakfast went to 10 but only 9 He got really scarey and rude

The hotel was located near the Casino and provided shuttle service to the Casino.
The cleanliness and upkeep of the room was not good;dirty carpet with huge stains;no bed skirts on beds and mattress was completely off frame; sheets looked dingy; lamp shades stained and dirty; garment rack was torn lose from wall, and coffee maker broke
Clean, quiet, excellent staff, bed was wonderful and comfortable, very safe and secure, quick check in, easy walk to travel plaza and casino. Casino shuttle provided if needed. Will stay no where else.
I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

The mattress pad was covered with urine stains. The mattress was old and worn. Large dead bugs in the room. The sink/bathroom floor sticky, as if soda had been spilled all over it and never mopped. Did not sleep in the bed because it was so bad.
Room was nice and was clean.
We accidentially overslept. The hotel staff was extremely rude and unrelenting about us being late for checkout. They practically threw us out of the hotel. It is the worst I have ever been treated in a hotel. I would never go back.
