Pros +
- Waterpark, arcade, and free soda. ;-)
- I liked the family activities availabile
- Pool area Way too much Bleach Rooms was very big
Cons -
- The breakfast line was long, about 30 min. Two waffle machines for lots of guests. You had to wait in line a long time cause the last spot was the waffle station, so even if you did not want a waffle, you had to wait in a line to get to the other stuff.
- The breakfast was good on our first day and then they decided to remove the good breakfast on our second (final) day. There were not any arcade game cards available for us to play in the arcade, which was 1 of the family activities available
- We kept finding hair all over room. A/C didn't get cold.

The waterpark was fun. Long line w only 1 employee to check in. Tried to call day before 12 times no one at any extension answered.
They closed waterpark early with no seasoning so only opened 4.5hrs for 2 days there & slide was closed most of that time. The room didn¿t come as advertised. Breakfast was out of many food items, coffee machine, waffle maker broken. Out of soda.
room was awesome and waterpark was great
the soda machine didnt work you had to ask for a bottle of water at breakfast or milk
The staff and room are always clean and pleasant
