Location. We are in OKC to attend the WCWS and appreciate less traffic east of the city.

Cleanliness and location

Everything was great except the breakfast. The powdered eggs every morning were terrible so we had to have breakfast elsewhere which added $40 a day to our budget.

Every person on the staff we encountered was friendly, pleasant and helpful.

The first day we were there the elevator was not working. The room had a damp overall feel to it. Our room keys quit working on multiple occasions so we would have to go down and have them reset. The room did not have a pullout like like stated.

It was all great. The staff were pleasant and helpful! We enjoyed a good breakfast. The room and furnishings was very good.

Very nice, well maintained (we have stayed there twice) staff is friendly and price is good.

The exercise room was 74 degrees. Should be around 68

Stafff

Hotel has no restaurant, bar or swimming pool, as advertised. One of the elevators will not go to the level of my room, so have to play a Game trying to get an elevator that works. Towel Bar broken in the bathroom. Hotel is not as what was advertised

Location was away from loud businesses and close to needed stores

apparently there is an additional fee that the hotel charges for some kind of city taxes. I was frustrated bc I told them I already have my rate and paid taxes on that. They wouldn¿t waive it. Said ¿yeah the 3rd party needs to update their website¿.

The staff were wonderful and our room was huge

The front desk staff was super helpful. Really appreciated the easy of check in.

When I left the hotel I had bed bug bites all over my arms and neck.

I liked that the breakfast lasted until 10 am, instead of 9 like most places.

NOTHING!! I was told I would be getting a refund and every time I call the manager isn’t there. VERY dissatisfied. Booking.com says they can’t get a hold of them either. TERRIBLE customer service. It’s almost been a month of this run around and I just want a refund I was promised!

We love coming here with my grandsons for a little playtime. We enjoy swimming and eating the breakfast.

Well … the elevator was broken during our stay so that wasn’t great. Also your computer doesn’t communicate with the one from Booking.com so our room was not what we booked. We needed a sofa bed and for the second time that didn’t relay from Booking.com. Staff were able to accommodate us for one of the nights.
