Clean

They did not have any laundry detergent and no snacks like most hotels have

animals present, automatic pancake maker didn't work right, no waffle machine, non pork breakfast meats.

Comfortable, quiet, good value, clean

It’s a little outdated but still clean and comfortable so I don’t need to pay extra for style.

Waited 10 minutes for clerk to return for check in! Waited 5 minutes for clerk to return for check out

Impersonal Customer service, breakfast fee, water pressure in shower was very weak,

The breakfast -the server did an amazing job keeping the food stocked and fresh!

The hotel from the front door to each room we used needs lots of repairs/maintenance.

It was as expected. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable.

The carpet in the hotel it's self could use a rehab a good cleaning or replacement. Otherwise everything was as expected, Clean and comfy, friendly and accommodating.

The shower sucked very little presure and not very hot

The overwhelming odor of Indian Food from first entrance, the hallway and even in my ROOM. It appeared to have been "cleaned", but the carpets were worn and the bathroom was aged, tile/grout and paint was worn. Sheets were discolored. Layout was good.

Easy check in

Too much noise, people loud, and barking dogs. Need to revisit pet friendly policy. The hotel was sloppy in construction.

Room

The one fire alarm going off at 8:45 pm. Then another alarm going off at 12:20 am. Due to sleep deprivation I had to stay over in PA and could not safely drive 500 miles to my destination.

The bathroom door would barely shut. The paint in the pool was peeling. The outside trash was overflowing when we checked in at night. The hot water by the welcome desk wasn?t hot.

It was conveniently located.

I didn't like the bugs that scurried away when I picked up a towel from the stack. The desk clerk brought us fresh towels, and had our room cleaned.

They're very rude to staff as well as hotel people. They kept walking in on me what I was staying there I never knocked as well as the housekeeping would just walk right in didn't even knock

Felt like an ?old? room. Furniture was old and dilapidated.? couch was broken. Outlets didn?t work.

Food person serving breakfast, excellant attitude

Entire hotel has the appearance of being "WORN", peeling wallpaper, stairway carpets are very dirty, water stains in the ceiling in the breakfast area. This place needs a lot of maintenance
