The room smelled really bad and the smell stayed on my clothes and medical device for 2 days even though I washed both

I’m not sure if it was the hotel but my statement showed a different price charged than what the hotel receipt showed so some where extra was charged and I still don’t know where that money went. Hopefully it gets fixed.

My room was changed from 2 queen size beds to 2 doubles, said they gave my rooms away to someone else, even though I booked it months before.

How close restaurants were to hotel

Covers have burn holes and were still dirty bed was uncomfortable dents in it and roo. Smell like smoke bathroom sink had hair all over it

Towels and pillow cases had burn holes in them. Ppl i2 rooms down kept watching us and door locks and door bad

Found this motel with a good rating. Walked in and wasn't comfortable with the notice on the window stating the rules for weekly rentals. Went to the room, bathroom felt like it was in a closet. Smelled musty, bed hard and curtains were dirty. Ewwww. Went in to get a refund and the guy offered me another room. NOPE. He then followed me to the room and went inside and stood there and stared at us. Luckily I booked it through booking.com and a filed a refund request. Hopefully I get it. I am usually not this type of person. But this was a HELL NO!

Harry was a very nice guy room was clean and comfortable

Quiet and well-maintained. The room was clean, but the floors needed to be mopped, not just swept.

It was clean, bed was comfortable. Very quiet at night. No traffic noise or people.

The lights were not bright, room was a little dark. Need more outlets.

Didn't notice i booked smoking room on line. When i got to property, I was told a non smoking room was more expensive. Makes no sense. Bed linen had an old burn hole in it. You can stink up a room with cigarettes and put burn holes in the sheets, but if you want a room that doesn't smell you have to pay more. Place was built in the 60's. Never remodeled, hence the smoking rooms that reak of cigarettes. For a little more you can stay right off the highway. The reviews I read were all positive. Little disappointing.

The shower is a good size.

The sheets had some yellow stains on them. The rooms are not soundproof. The bathroom is a tight space.

Parking in front of the room. Friendly service. Clean. No bedbugs.

There isn't anything to note about my stay I didn't like. However finding the place is a little difficult because it's behind another business and there isn't an arrow or sign to direct you behind the store to get to the motel.

The AC didn’t cool more than a foot around the AC on Max. The direct tv would stay on for 3 minutes at a time saying too many people on the network. I had a 2 very uncomfortable queen beds. The shampoo and conditioner was already half used. The hot water cut off after 3 minutes. I was allergic to the soup which I’ve never been allergic to soup at all hotel before. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Quiet, Clean, Seemed to be a safe neighborhood and was off the road, comfortable bed, good TV, and the shower and toilet worked well. It's not a 'destination' hotel but is good for an overnight stay when on the road.

Hardly any electric outlets and none in the bathroom.

I was told the room was a non- smoking but the room was full of smoking odor. I am a non-smoker and had to suffer.

No hair dryer in room. Got one from desk but couldn't use because kept blowing breaer

The lighting is dim, especially the ceiling light
