Quality Inn Austintown-Youngstown West

The breakfast was just okay. The room somewhat clean but very dated needed lots of updates. Smell of drugs was present during our stay.

I have a medical condition and the manager said I need to keep my personal business to myself. Sink feel apart and had us waiting hours after saying we could stay to say no. Took money out my account for service dogs

It was very convenient on and off the highway. The room was clean. My TV wasn't working and called the front desk and they were at my room within 5 minutes and got it fixed. While I was there it was quiet at night and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was okay, not a lot of choices of protein, mainly high carb items. Not great for diabetic. But the staff was attentive and kept everything full.

The hotel beds where comfortable the room was clean the staff was nice and friendly. The best part about the stay there was the different restaurants that are not that far away from the hotel.The breakfast was ok they had a variety of food to pick from.

Quick and easy booking. The staff was friendly.

When our air conditioner turned on it had a wet smell to it. They just need to make sure to check the rooms often for maintenance.

At 7:00 quite a few things empty at the breakfast center.

The clerk at the desk was very rude and sarcastic when I asked for a quiet room she said she don¿t have time to stand outside or find the door of every room and see if it was quiet I had came down to the hotel for a funeral the reason why I was staying

Walking in the room was like being punched in the face with the smell of cigarette smoke. Room felt icky. Toilet was not solidly attached to the floor. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had a good experience. Serious decline.

The shower curtain has mildew and smells horrible!The walls have patches the size of a large pizza and the $20 fee(PER DAY PER PET)is unrealistic! Plus the $100 for incidentals.Comess out to be about $240 for the night!Not a huge fan of construction in am

The location was good. The front desk girl was great and helpful. The breakfast was good. But I will not stay there again.

The room needed updating. The tv remove didn¿t work but the front desk girl was kind and showed us what we could do. The hallway and stairs to our room were filthy! Very disappointed in the cleanliness. I probably would not stay there again.

not very clean. we took the king room with a hot tub to relax after a full day of driving. Unfortunately, it isn't a hot tub, its just a big bathtub, and the jets don't work. It also wasn't very clean. I rinsed it out and got in anyway. The water was hot.

Friendly staff. They allowed us to change our room because we didn't like the location. It was super easy.

Favorite part was the location and the room itself.

The location was good. Had an actual hot breakfast. Standard waffles, eggs, sausage. Cereals and oatmeal. Yogurt, toast, bagels. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate.

Came into the room which was close to 90 degrees based on observation Promptly turned the A/C on to make cold. At 4 in the morning after dozing off and on went to the car where I had purchased a thermometer for my daughter. Was 75 deg still.

The location was good it was near to the highway

The furniture needs to be updated its very old the tv blocked the access to the mirror, the mattress was very uncomfortable and old!!!!

Easy access. Quiet. Friendly helpful staff.

I stayed on room 117. The door was very difficult to unlock, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Felt like it had never been replaced. The ceiling had major water stains which was very ugly to look at. The room was very clean with plenty of towel.
