The drain in the bathroom sink needs some attention

Late check in time not noted at time of purchase, no accommodations for discrepancy or credit to account, no other requests granted, room changed due to stained furniture. Rooms availability but not given just horrible experience overall

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Mentioned it to the front desk and they said they were aware. Asked to be moved to a different room, was told the hotel was sold out because of a Luke Bryan concert In the area.

I thought the lighting in the hotel was very dim. In the lobby a lot of the seating was worn and stained. The room was large but the bathroom was not well appointed and the dishwasher was running when I got to my room.

Very modern style. Very Very clean. Staff responded appropriately.

Smoking should be in a designated area such as a pavilion. Not right outside the door.

I asked to freshen up the room at 11:00 am, I told the front desk we were leaving for the day. We came back at 7:00 pm to a dirty room and no towels. Very disappointed in the service at this Hotel. It seemed way understaffed for the number of rooms renteg

The room was very spacious and nice, the staff is also amazing and helpful.

Not really, everything was great

We really enjoyed the room set up with the sitting area. It made it feel like not just a regular hotel room with just beds. There was a little more room to feel like you could relax.

Kim who worked at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and very accessible, The room was clean, very updated and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and hot, housekeeping kept all areas clean and were very friendly.
