We did forget something in our room. We called ahead and located it as we drove back to retrieve it.

There was a smell in the hallways, like the carpet and padding had gotten wet at one time. . I believe they knew the problem. As a fan was running right next to our room.

The outside does NOT look anything like the inside. I almost left when I saw the outside but the inside was nice.

The room and hotel were very clean. The room had been updated and with a comfortable bed and decorations. The breakfast had a limited selection and while I didn't use the pool, it looked inviting. The staff members that I interacted were excellent.

There weren't as many outlets and technology hooks as I would have liked. The free WIFI was excellent.

no elevator! I am handicapped and lifting a suitcase up stairs was a challenge.

Oh my, very disappointing, unless you¿re a truck driver. This place is so very old & soooo outdated!! Also, I never have a high expectation of hotel breakfasts, but this was really disappointing, two days in a row & no bananas. I would never stay again.

I had large spiders in my room and the heat/air didn't work in the room and the neighbors were having a party next door and the desk people said they couldn't do anything to help me because "the manager wouldn't be happy with either of us if we woke them.

Pool and fitness center didn¿t open until 8:00.

Great breakfast! Room service and cleaning every 3 days, which was a pleasant surprise! Very clean hotel, kind staff, excellent upgrades from what it was before. Close to downtown and restaurants.

Econo Lodge next door has way too many vagrants, prostitutes, and drug abusers. Lady seen shooting heroine on balcony of Econo Lodge. That place either needs more police monitoring or shut down completely so it doesn¿t carry over across the parking lot.

I booked two non-smoking king rooms. We got two smoking rooms and one had extremely strong odor. Every time the air conditioner came on it was really strong.

It was convenient to Berlin shopping. It had a great pool and hot tub.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was excellent!

Smelled like smoke. We had a non smoking room but we were near the stairwell. We could smell cigarette smoke in the halls until we got towards the middle of the building. We smelled it faintly in our room.

It was very clean. Price was reasonable.

Went to front desk 10 min after check in. I couldn't find ice on second floor. There had been 2 people at the desk at check in. Both were gone 10 min later. I needed ice. No one anywhere Also, coffee in room was nasty. Nothing provided to stir in sugar.

For older people it needed an elevator and nice machines on each floor. Otherwise staff and management were very helpful and friendly.

Friendliness of staff and location was close to college campus and dining.

Although it is an older motel it was nice and our room was VERY very clean! The price was very reasonable! Staff was friendly! We’d recommend it to anyone!

When going to the breakfast buffet, staff was cleaning up 30 minutes before it was to be done. Staff was rude.

As soon as I walked in the lobby is smelled clean. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, I would definitely stay here again
