Clean, newly remodeled, quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for price.

The hotel was OK, the food was decent.

The hotel was older than I expected for the price. There were ceiling tiles in the bathroom with water stains on them, no bath fan. Pool area was so hot and muggy that water was dripping off the ceiling,

It was a place to sleep

Didn't like anything except the bed. Had to change rooms because of nothing working in the first room. We ask for a ground floor because the elevator was out n was told had none. My wife has a bad knee. Skip the breakfast after looking at it

Location, staff was fantastic and very helpful, room was as advertised, great breakfast.

Few hairs in the shower and some on the walls/behind door in bathroom.

Room did not feel clean. Used wet towel on bathroom tile floor and it was dirty. How dirty were the rest of the carpeted floor? Stay often at Hampton inns- this is not one of your better hotels.

We had a good experience, everyone was very nice and compliance. The Room was SUPER Clean... No Odd Smells.

When I booked the room - in the picture it showed a Recliner. The reason I booked it was my husband had shoulder surgery and at this time he can only sleep in a recliner. I did ask the front desk and tried to be complied.

Window blinds in our room did not work

The front desk staff was extremely friendly.

The walls had water damage near the window which made the room and beds feel very damp.

The hotel had a nice lobby and there was a large tv in the room.

The room darkening curtain was partly down and one of the baseboards was partly off the wall. There was no bread or English muffins for breakfast.

Was clean and comfortable. Had an actual hair dryer instead of the tiny travel size 👍🏼

I was in a room close to the ice machine so was awaken at 5am to the sound of falling ice

Room was laid out nicely.

Carpet was dirty. Needs shampooed.

This is a petty complaint but the shower didn’t have very good water pressure.

Very noisy. We could hear people arguing throughout the night. Breakfast was not fresh.

Carpet Cigarette smell in room

The check in guy was very nice and hospitable. Made us feel like we were family. Love the convenience to the outlet malls! Will definitely stay here again!!

Location was good, staff was wonderful and breakfast was good.

There was a French fry on the floor in our room, hairs in the bedding and the bed was not comfortable.

We like the location, how super comfortable the beds are, how clean everything is, and the breakfast.

The fact that the pool was not heated considering that was 99% of the reason we were there with the kids. We believe that should be noted when you’re trying to book a room.
