Motel 6 Fremont, OH

I have stayed at this place many times over the years. It’s been a few years since my last stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the updates. The hallways have been freshly painted, new brighter lights, new flooring in the rooms and new beds.

The breakfast was 3 choices of cold cereal, coffee, and waffles.

The pool room , and the quietness and all the trees outside our room window

The breakfast and pool times close too early. Bathroom not clean enough in our room. Sections of hotel floors not swept. No guest coffee in lobby.

Breakfast was to be until 10, ended at 9. Sign in room said 10. Bathroom curtain/towels had stains on them, painting was horrible, paint all over counter, trim, walls, ceiling was dirty (needed painted), headboard needed cleaned, rest of room was good.

They seem to be improving the hotel. I noticed come maintenance and painting. The staff was very kind.

Not much

The hotel looked like a dump. The plaster was coming off in the bathroom, and there were holes in the curtains which did not seem to close well. My TV remote did not work. The construction crew was very loud during the night - I woke up 3 times.

Noisy guests upstairs. No help from front desk to quiet things down after midnight. VERY poor breakfast in the AM. Spa closed.

No elevator, public bathrooms out of order, dirty carpets in foyer and staircase. Continental breakfast was real questionable in quality. Not enough outlets in the rooms.

The curtains did not close. The lights between the beds didn't work. There was rust everywhere in the bathroom. Sheetrock was cracked in the bathroom. There was no hot water, the water only warm.

It was dirty the staff spoke very little English the paint was falling off the walls in our room it smelled very musty

It wasn?t clean. Every room had an smell of cigarette smoke or bug spray. The chair was taped together. There were holes in the wall. The was not working.

Nothing. It was below average even for a 2-star.

The awful, awful smell. There was no internet, it was dirty and altogether just gross. I didn?t stay. I couldn?t, the smell gave me a horrible headache.

Communication with the staff (poor English). Horrible breakfast. TV?s and spa didn?t work. Tiny pillows.

Staff knew of issue with broken curtain, told me to use a clip to keep it closed. Not enough towels in for 4 guests. No cups in bathroom. No vent in bathroom to exhaust out steam. AC unit took over 5 hours to get cool. Rugs in hall need cleaning

Number one nobody spoke English number two. The rooms are dirty. They tried to charge me $15 for early check-in. I was 15 minutes early. They had no ironing boards in the room. They had no irons in the room. They had no soap ino shampoo,no towels. In room

The location.

The hotel was under construction. The employee working the front desk was on his personal cell phone. The breakfast was old. The orange juice dispenser kept giving out water instead of orange juice. And the 1st and 2nd floor smelled like marijuana.

We used for a week, due to our house being under construction. The employees were amazing, so sweet & nice. Remembered my face each visit lol!

Room stinks, linens stunk and the water was so putrid u could smell it on you.

Eggs and sausage were horrible. Needs updated badly.

The staff was accommodating and friendly despite the major lacking details of the rooms/overall building. Free breakfast

Dirty jacuzzi and pool, dated rooms, small dirty towels, dirty floors, cheap mattress and pillows, hard water stains, currently in renovation?? Sink was missing a piece.. Small ¿double¿ beds with no option to upgrade to queen beds.. etc

Distance to event I was attending.

Filter hotels for jacuzzi, pool. Pool was fine jacuzzi was not Plummer with operational jets.
