Hampton Inn Cincinnati-Northwest/Fairfield

There was loud banging all night outside my room that was reported and not stopped. The room was not conditioned when I got there.

The staff was very helpful and polite

Wish the hot tub was working and pool was a little warmer but not a deal breaker

No vegetarian options for breakfast protein.

Room smelled musty and hot tub was not working which really upset me because that hot tub is why I chose that hotel over closer/cheaper hotels. I was not offered any discount or concession at checkout when I explained this.

It was nice and clean.

The pool area felt gross. There was kids in the pool and hot tub. We had over heard their conversation with the parent and the little kids had peed and one even pooped in the pool. The parent left the other kids which was under 12 by themselves.

Loud. Kids running through the halls I couldn¿t relax with my kids at the pool because a staff of children was rough playing. My kid wasn¿t able to experience the pool and the hot tub because of there other kids was rough playing very loud . I

The check in was easy Vinny was very nice! The hotel was clean our room was very comfortable! The pool was very relaxing and cool the hot tub was clean!

Nothing. Everything was great.

Our toilet did not flush properly, I told the front desk staff in our way to dinner. It was not fixed or even attempted to be fixed. This is why I rated the way I did. Other than that the staff was wonderful hotel room was clean perfect location.

It is a very nice hotel, the employees there were friendly and the room was comfortable.

It¿s not that I didn¿t like the mattress, it was ok for a one night stay.

Location & pricing was a bonus but the staff was amazing,, and my room was tranquility!!! Quiet and very peaceful

It was clean and looked nice. Had a nice tv fridge and microwave in room.

The pool was not open and the heater in my room was a little loud and wouldn't let me adjust the temp for some reason.

Always look forward to the sock and soak to get my edema leg swelling down. The hot tubs at this location are newer and super quiet!! Very large def 2 people if you wanted to very deep and updated for only $100 bucks give or take $10-$15 depending on day.

I’d love to earn free nights or half price nights but also described says bath robes and there are none given out that’s not correct description.

Nothing. It was in a depressed part of town next to a mostly abandoned shopping mall (Cincinnati Mall). This was pretty creepy.

The pool was closed and free breakfast was pkgd muffins and coffee, interior and exterior facility were filthy. Carpets not vacuumed and trash in the hallways. Exterior was dirt and not landscaped or maintained. Planned to stay 2 nights, canceled one.

The comforter was the best!!!!!

The breakfast was horrible! Staff should explain that breakfast is a box of cereal and the continental is suspended due to virus.
