Great location

If you are traveling to the city via train into grand central, you cannot beat this location. staff was friendly, helpful. room clean & comfortable. i did not avail myself of this, but kind of cool that there are laundry facilities for guests. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location, the clean rooms, the polite and professional staff. Our room was big, comfortable, and soundproof. There were free coffee capsules every day, as well as water and tea. Nice common area on the rooftop with view. Very central and convenient location!

Excellent location, close to everything. Elias in the reception was exceptionally helpful and amazing! The hotel is very clean and secure. I liked everything.

The property is well located, furnished nicely, has good facilities like coffee in the morning. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel - once we were there!

Do not stay at the hotel unless you really don’t care where you will be sleeping and are also happy to lose whatever money for the privilege!!We arrived and were told there was a problem with our room so we were given a room elsewhere. I suspect the hotel intentionally overbooked and came unstuck as it was the US Open, but that’s just my thoughts. We were put in a hotel that was not comparable. Just off Times Square above an Irish pub with music until midnight. We are a family of three with a toddler who after a long flight needed sleep. The replacement hotel was dirty with balding carpets and we also suspect someone tried to enter our room as it was unlocked/open on the safety catch the next morning. We communicated all of this to the front desk and had many talks with the manager. We were offered a refund of our first nights stay. To this day and two months later, I still don’t have the payment from despite many, many attempts. I have emailed and called so many times and been fobbed off time and time again. I have no claimed through my credit card.

I really enjoyed my experience with this hotel. Unlimited free water bottles; good wifi; Nespresso machine with free capsules in the room. Staff was very welcoming; the room was spacious, had a table for eating, very comfortable bed and pillows, huge TV that was easily connectable with my devices. Shower was also great: water pressure, adjustable showerhead, good quality shampoo and soap.

Light comes in from beneath the door; lightweight shower curtain not ideal.

Everything is so well thaught and arranged for the travellors. Clean comfortable rooms. Amazing terrace and the view from it. It is really nice to have tea or coffee at the terraceLocation is wonderful and convenientStaff is extremely helpfull, polite and guest oriented - best part
