Super clean modern hotel. The hotel in this location. Just a mile away from Premium Outlets. The best hotel in area. Biggest suite room ever.

No adjustment for AC vents. No biggie

Room wasn’t ready at check in time and housekeeping knocked on the door at 11 on the dot to kick us out.

Location was great for purpose of our visit.

Breakfast was lacking. Not many options, especially healthy ones or gluten feee.

What I liked about the hotel was that the bed was comfortable. The front desk clerks were very nice to us.

The first problem was a bug issue. The first room was infested with lady bugs and love bugs on the wall and ceiling. We were switched rooms to only get another with bugs. Third room had none. Second issue was ?hot? breakfast was cold.

The rooms were a good size. The bathroom was beautiful with the best shower I?ve ever had. The bed was also extremely comfortable.

Breakfast so so, no elevator closer to the side door, inconvenient for dogs, lots of children who screams at night

Room is clean and roomy.

The shower drain is totally malfunctioned, the shower water was not going down to the drain at tall!!! Who would want the shower water to emerge up to almost your knee?!

The hotel should be 4+ stars. Front desk 5 stars, breakfast 5 stars.

TV internet not working, room telephone not working.

Really love the convenience of the location (for shopping in the woodbury commons or just for staying overnight at the bear mountain area). Very friendly staff as well.

there was some consistent, low vibration frequency/noise during our entire stay. (The sound became even louder when in the bathroom, the sounds seem to come from the AC fan next door). We didn¿t sleep quite well at night because of the noise.

They served hot breakfast with hearty food, instead of the usual continental breakfast most hotels offer for free.

Close to outlets and not far from West Point. Breakfast is typical Hampton inn.

I have bad experience with A/C units at Hampton inn recently. This one was no different. Something was dropping or cracking loudly in it. Impossible to sleep.

The shower and tub functioned poorly. The hotel itself needs a fresh coat of interior paint. No AC in lobby it was way too hot in the morning when you go to get breakfast.

 the front desk was exceptional in terms of customer service.Her warm attitude and welcoming demeanor was a breath of fresh air!In addition the housekeeping department found my ring I had left behind in my room which means the world to me!!!

The reception desk. Both were pleasant and personal. The breakfast buffet is great.

My only issue was the room I reserved and paid for 90 days in advance was not available.

The location was perfect because we wanted to shop at the outlets the next day.

There was nothing major to complain about little nuances like hair in the in the shower and at the sink that does not belong to me, that's a pet peeve for me. Unknown hair is very disgusting. People have a different version of clean.

I would have said the staff, because they were great on arrival, but my experience with them after checkout was terrible.

The thin walls, I could hear someone snoring in the room next door. The plumbing needed attention, the shower dripped and the sink wouldn¿t drain.
