Dead bugs on wall and hair in bathroom. Sink and mirror had not been cleaned.

Power off for 5 hours in the middle of night with no heat or light until 7 am

The linens were not clean and had debris that did not change after the second day of linen change

The room was huge. And it was clean. The heater worked amazing and the shower pressure was a great. Both employees were really nice.

Just needs a bit of updating. The hairdryer cord was wrapped with electrical tape so that would be dangerous.

The guest towel we very threadbare and need to be replaced.

The staff was awesome. The bathroom was nicely redone. Floor was nicely redone. Looks like a work in progress. Should be a --$ hotel but $---.

The pillows need replacing and a little more dusting was needed. TV service wasn't great.

long time to get the clerk to come to register. (we came after 12am, but called before, and we were told that he will wait for us. we came, called the number on the door, took him 5-10 mins to come from the back. Room next to us had loud conversation

Location and price were good. Easy outside access to rooms.

Not enough pillows per person. Asked for extra blankets and sheets and was given one sheet. Table in room on the verge of collapsing due to damaged legs. Grounds could use some sprucing up. Trash not collected in common areas or our room.

Quiet air conditioner. The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful.

The suitcase holder was broken. A used towel was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The pillows were poor; linens not laundered. One bedspread had a burn hole in it and the other had stains. Our lamp was broken. Tv wasn¿t working. Thin towels.

The dirty floor, the sheets in poor condition and the towels were horrible.

Location and I like that it's not one entrance with every one back and fort , just your own door to the room . I don't like the people operating the hotel came to my door demanding I open and speak to him or else he calling the police for me not wanting

The people who run the hotel they always into your business and trying to actually cause you harm really bad.look out for the cleaners and tall Indian man at the front desk .I had to leave and never return after last week Thursday mind you me I been there

The hotel room was not clean . The bathroom was dirty.There was grime on the bathroom wall. The handle to turn the water on and off in the walk in shower wasn¿t even attached. The chain to lock the front door was missing.You could see the hardware.

The hotel/front desk seemed to be clean and our room was clean as well. Perfect for our travels, as we only needed a place to lay our heads for a few hours. clean and safe, no frills

Thread-bare towels. Broken clock radio, plus it plugged into the switch light outlet. Always flashing. House phone dial ¿0¿ didn¿t work. No towel rod in renovated bathroom. Shoddy lamps..
